1. Bookings will only be accepted from hirers who are over 21 years of age and above on start of holiday.
2. The hirer is responsible for the caravan and signed as stated on the booking form.
3. All changes to a booking form are allowed only by prior agreement with the caravan owner in writing.
4. The hirer is responsible for the conduct of all persons listed on the booking form as well as all guests and visitors.
5. The hirer agrees that the details of persons listed on the booking form shall be registered with the caravan owners and Haven holidays.
6. The hirer must give access to the caravan if reasonably required by the caravan owners, haven holidays their staff or agents.
7. The caravan owners reserve the right to refuse any booking without any obligation to give a reason.
8. Haven Weymouth Bay and ourselves will not be responsible for any personal loss or injury, however caused or sustained to any person or vehicle (including any persons under age 18 years of age).
9. Smoking is not permitted in the caravan, any evidence of smoking will result in a minimum £500 rectification charge.
10. The caravan is to be left in a clean and tidy condition.
11. Quiet, well behaved dogs are welcome in the caravans but please check first and all damage(s) must be paid for, dogs are not permitted on the furniture.
12. In case of any maintenance problem(s) DIY repairs must not be attempted, please call the owner.
13. All electrical appliances in the caravan have undergone annual safety checks. Use of your own electrical items is at your own risk.
Site rules:
1. The hirer and all people listed on the booking form, your guests and visitors must obey with the site rules and regulation at all times – a copy is available upon request and details can be found on the Haven Weymouth Bay website.
2. Dogs are allowed outside but must be kept on a lead at all times and must be cleaned up after.
3. Dogs are not to be left in the caravan if you leave the site.
4. At all times noise must be kept at an acceptable level.
5. All speed limits must be observed at all times.
6. Parking for one vehicle is available outside the caravan and there are additional spaces allowed except where Haven holidays or there staff display signs (NO cars on the grass) because of rain etc.
7. No littering on the site. All rubbish / refuge must be disposed of in the big dumper bins situated around the site.
8. BBQ are allowed on site (although these must not be situated near to the caravan).
9. Gas bottles only to be exchanged by the caravan owners, Haven holidays or their staff – please contact caravan owner if you run out of gas.
10. No firearms or other offensive weapons are permitted. No ball games between the caravans. No electric or petrol scooters.
11. Motor bikes are allowed on site, there is a securing point located on the wooden pillar by the caravan/ car space – please note that the hirer is fully responsible for the security of their motorbike and the caravan owner and Haven will not be responsible for any loss, damage or theft.
12. Daily/weekly passes are not included in the cost of the holiday rental, holiday makers are advised to check with the site personnel prior for availability as this is not guaranteed and purchase these on site.
13. When accessing the entertainment complex, you may be asked to show daily/weekly passes to Haven holiday staff and their agents.
14. If you are asked to vacate the caravan site, by Haven holidays or their staff, for any reasons whatsoever the caravan owners shall not refund any money paid. ...Show less
