About the owner

Hi, I’m Carol, welcome to my holiday caravan listing. We have owned this caravan for 12 months and chose the North Denes site for its close proximity to the sea , the well maintained site and the peacefulness. After speaking to friends, colleagues and family, I realised that not everyone wants a holiday location with lots going on, which often means noisy. I have kept prices to what I feel is a better rate as some sites wanted me to charge £70 per night and sometimes more in peak periods, which I feel is too much in the current economic climate. The coastal path is on the doorstep and you can walk and cycle for miles along the beautiful Suffolk coastline. The Norfolk Broads is only 20 mins drive away, as is the lovely Suffolk countryside. We chose this site for all these reasons as a lot of friends and family live in towns, so it’s a peaceful, welcoming place to visit. I also have dogs, so to have a holiday home that welcomes pets is a must in my book. There is nothing better than walks along the beach and in the countryside with your pets. What a wonderful place to stay The caravan was well equipped It was fresh and clean The deck outside was a bonus a great place to sit and relax in the evening Carol was amazing so helpful and friendly A nice quiet location an beautiful setting

What an absolute gem of a caravan!!!! Situated in a peaceful setting & with the beach just yards away???? From the moment I contacted Carol to book and until we left she answered every query(and I had a lot ????) We are booking again.. Our fur babies enjoyed it too..????????
