The caravan was situated in a prime position close to the Brean pleasure park, Brean swim and Brean play and close to the shops and club house. Couldn't have been better as a family of two OAP,s with two young grandchildren. The caravan itself was extremely clean and lacked for nothing except maybe a clothes horse to air dry wet towels. Otherwise, very happy with our choice and would certainly book again in the future.

Very clean and tidy caravan, had no issues with booking or during our stay.found beds comfy, and WiFi an added bonus as usually no signal in caravans. Caravan locations good and in a quiet area.Id sat only negative was lack of storage in bathrooms and main bedroom,

we couldn't fault anything. Caravan was superb including the selection of dvd's location was close to the leisure park very handy indeed my only complaint is that i haven't got anything to complain about i am considering booking the same caravan for next year vlue for money i would give you 11 but it is not allowed bloody brilliant stay j trigo

Absolutely stunning caravan only stayed 3 days but no complaints with the caravan and the owner was happy to help when messaged them will be booking up next year (2024)

Absolutely amazing caravan, had a great week away, on arrival it was a smooth checkin as vehicle was already registered so straight through the barrier we went and then to reception for the keys. Caravan was spotless, great few extras with loads of dvds and few toys for the kids with the bonus of Netflix and Wi-Fi. As for the kids play area, never seen one so big, 8 year old loves it. Can’t fault it, thanks to Laura for the caravan and can’t wait to return next year.

Great caravan, well equipped and good location. Owners were very fast with responses, provided a good information booklet for the caravan and we as really easy to understand. Games and good selection of DVDs perfect for the kids on evenings, lovely site and will definitely be returning, .

The accomodation was great lots of extras for the little one. The caravan was ideally situated between park facilities and Brean leisure park. We found the owners instructions really easy to follow for the start and end of holiday regarding water, central heating, security. Bedding was great, decent pillows and a lovely duvet. We had a fantastic time and will definitely use this owners caravan again. Overall 10/10. Only negative lack of shelf/storage in bathroom.

Absolutely beautiful caravan! Couldnt have asked for more. We really enjoyed our stay and i would absolutely love to stay here in this specific caravan again. Love unity farm, have stayed on there many times before but this caravan was just wonderful, having wifi makes all the difference as well especially for small children so that was a great bonus! Also can’t thank Laura enough for sorting out an early check in for me for our day of arrival. We all enjoyed deeply enjoyed our holiday and our caravan!

Was a lovely clean caravan. The sight was fantastic with lots of facilities the kids loved the theme park and splash Park. Westen supermare was only 20 mins away too. A lovely family break.

Lovely caravan, very spacious and homely. The area has lots to do and the caravan is in short walking distance of everything. The owners are great and respond to queries quickly. I would definitely recommend and will be booking again.

The caravan was spotlessly clean, with all the utensils & more you could wish for. It was a lovely touch to find a bottle of milk in the fridge. It is in a lovely position with easy access to all the amenities. The grandchildren loved the games & the use of netflix. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it was like home from hom, thank you.

We stayed here for the May half term, and we had an absolute blast, there is so much for the children to do. There is a big play park, supermarket, and entertainment onsite although the only negative we have is how expensive the carts are to hire it was the same price no matter if you got a single, double or family cart. We recommend the Tavern/Spade & Bucket situated by the theme park as the atmosphere is the better atmosphere. There is also the Stardust arcade next to the theme park which the children preferred as it was bigger with more machines! The beach is also within walking distance. We have to say the caravan is one of the best ones we have ever stayed in, it was like home from home. Spotlessly clean, everything you need for cooking, cleaning equipment provided and a really good size fridge freezer. The caravan is situated close to the theme park with access being under a small by-pass and was comfortable with the children going to the splash park/theme park on their own without us worrying about them being close to busy roads. When we come back to Brean, we will be booking this caravan again. Thank you :)

Family and nanny !. Laura there are not enough numbers for us to rate your caravan ! It was superb. I trust we left it as clean as it was when we arrived. We will definitely be looking to book again.. Grandson went swimming for the first time and wanted to go straight back in. Thank you so much for all your help prior to us going. Best wishes Melanie.
