Bathroom including shower and toilet
Spacious lounge diner
Fully equipped kitchen
Outside area with table and chairs

Check in from 4pm and check out 10am
Bed Linen and towels can be provided upon request

Local to the park are lovely walks, the nature reserve at Pagham harbour and shingle beach. Just a short drive is the lovely sandy beach at West Wittering.

You are also only a 10 minute drive from Chichester and Bognor Regis Town Centres complete with a leisure pier.

A lovely caravan and great value Ideal for grandparents with 8 & 10 yr grandchildren Very clean and well equipped Kids loved the DVDs - although I did get bored with Trolls on the third viewing ???? Good communication with owner Would highly recommend
