Welcome to our family owned caravan at Seton Sands Holiday Village, 15 miles from Edinburgh. Within nearest village Port Seton shops, restaurant, pub, petrol station can be found.
Caravan has 3 bedrooms, it has one double bed and 2 twin bedrooms, double sofa bed in the lounge. Shower room with toilet and extra toilet in main bedroom.
Van has central heating and electric fireplace in seating area, double glazing throughout.
Easy access ramp to caravan through decking with outdoor furniture on south-west side of the caravan for all day sun.
The lounge is modern, spacious with dining table, flat screen TV, Netflix, Free Wi-Fi, board games, cards and jigsaw. The kitchen is fully equipped with full size cooker, cooker hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, water filter jug, pots, pans, cutlery, dinner-ware, glass- ware etc.
We provide small welcome pack with essentials like coffee, tea, sugar, milk for you to enjoy after your journey. Cleaning products (washing up liquid) etc. provided. Beds made up for your arrival with towels and toiletries, robes, slippers in main bedroom, iron and hairdryer.
You may bring small well behaved pet for no extra cost. We charge an additional £35 cleaning fee. There will be a £100 refundable deposit to secure your booking and paid back within 48h after departure and cleaning. Full payment to be paid 4 weeks prior to holiday date. By paying deposit you agree with our T&C. If the holiday is cancelled the deposit is non refundable. Play passes can be purchased DIRECTLY from HAVEN on arrival @ guest service/ reception. Caravan is in a nice quiet area and just 5 min walk with no hills to the park facilities. Entertainment, heated swimming pool, restaurant, show bar, takeaway, arcades, soft play, mini market, laundry, playground, 9 hole golf course, lovely beach and bus service outside main gate.
East Lothian is beautiful area with lots of places to visit.
Musselburgh with harbour and long promenade along Firth of Forth.
Portobello in Edinburgh with lively promenade, small coffee shop, restaurant, arcades, ice cream.
Edinburgh with endless attractions.
North Berwick worth to visit sea birds centre.
On your way to North Berwick don’t forget to stop at Aberlady Bay and Gullen beach. Dunbar has beautiful beach, harbour, John Muir Country Park and Links Family Park or Foxlake Adventure.
Pencaitland is a small village with Glenkinchie Distillery.
Dalkeith County Park is good for long walk lovers and must visit for children and youngsters to explore Fort Douglas Adventure Park and Go Ape the high rope experience.
Near caravan is located Gosford House Estate if you like farms , walks, wild nature. On site they have a coffee shop and farm shop.
