Welcome to Our B23 Beautiful Caravan a 2017 model is now ready for Hire!-at Hoburne Devon Bay where there were GREAT On-site Facilities that everyones wish to enjoy & experience and also exciting Programs / Entertainments at Night that AWAITS YOU!!!

PLease NOTE :

Our Caravan is Spacious & Fully equipped good for 8 GUEST.

It has 3 bedrooms with 6 beds ( 2 double bed which includes sofa bed and 4 single beds ) .

It has 2 Bathrooms and one has a built in Shower.

The Terrace has a scenic view and also umbrellas with table and chairs are available for you to sit and relax on a sunny day.

The parking space is a good plus as its just next to the caravan.

Every bedrooms has its own heating.

WIFI is available in Public Areas

We have a 2 ( two ) Flat screen - Smart TV.

Hair Dryer is available at Our Caravan.

Kitchenette and Dining table with chairs are all present.

We also have On-Site Washing Machine , Tumble Dryer and Mini Grocery Shop which is only 3 min. Walk from our Caravan.

WE also offer FREE Of Charge of Bedding Supplies , Towels and Toiletries.

The caravan was perfect in every way, clean, well equipped, neat, tidy, comfortable. Tea, coffee and milk were provided, which was a lovely welcome, even shower gel ????. The beds were comfortable and every thing smelt so fresh. Our host made us welcome, above and beyond. We have been visiting Devon Bay (Grange Court) for over 45 years, and I can honestly say this caravan has been the best, if I could rate 10 I would have. thank you ????

The caravan was really lovely, it was clean, tidy and fresh there was coffee, tea and milk, which was a lovely gesture even shower gel and towels were provided which you do not get in other caravans. The beds were comfortable and linen provided. The owner has gone above and beyond . We have been visiting Devon Bay (Grange Court) for over 45 years an I can say this caravan has been the best, if I could rate a 10 I would. Thank you ????

This caravan is fantastic, it is very clean & tidy,we felt so relaxed in the caravan, it was comfortable and spacious. The van had everything we needed, the lady who I spoke to about the van was very helpful,kind, we have booked again for March and we can't wait. Thank you
