Parking alongside caravan with table and chairs for 6 people a bbq, windbreaks etc in the outside shed. Freeview TV in lounge and main bedroom. Large fridge freezer, microwave, gas cooker, toaster, kettle. All new mattresses on all beds this year. New carpet and lino in lounge, dining area and toilets. Two toilets and one shower. Very light and airy and a lovely quiet spot on the site.
You can walk to the wonderful Trimingham beach from the site in about 15 minutes, we have a beach trolley to take your beach equipment with you!
There is a lovely outside pool open in the summer months. You need to go to reception before using the pool to pay a refundable deposit and get a wristband.

Tesco Extra two minutes drive away, which has an atm machine. Cromer and Mundesley a short drive. Lots of beautiful beaches within 15 minutes drive including Sea Palling, which is fantastic for children, Happisburgh and Horsey Gap, where you can go see all the seals on the beach. Several Take-aways a short drive away and a fantastic Cafe which caters for gluten free and vegetarians called Watsons Cafe, in Bacton well worth a visit. We have a DVD player and a selection of DVD's,and there is a cabinet full of dvd’s to borrow in the reception area, we have some binoculars, as you can see the sea in the distance from the caravan and some darts for you to use in the clubhouse.

The free clubhouse does occasionally have some entertainment (not always and usually on a weekend), there are pool tables, darts and a cheap bar. There is a cafe on site but no restaurant.
Need to supply own bedding covers, t-towels, toilet roll, towels etc we supply Pillows, duvets, coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper and vinegar. We ask you to clean the cooker, shower and toilets and hoover and dust before you leave, all Products provided and please leave the caravan as you found it, this is how we keep prices low.
