Located on Mother Ivey's Bay Holiday Park this holiday property enjoys sea views, is a mere 200 metre walk to the privately owned beach and is a hop skip and a jump to a wonderful children's play area.

Mother Ivey's Bay Holiday Park is a multi award winning site with a strong environmental ethos. The beautiful landscaping and stunning location ensure a calm and tranquil welcome and wildlife spotting is much encouraged!

Within a 1 mile radius there are an abundance of fabulous beaches including; Mother Ivey's Bay, Harlyn Bay, Booby's Bay, Constantine Bay and Treyarnon Bay. All of these are in walking distance. A little further a field are Porthcothan, Mawgan Porth, Watergate Bay, Tevone Bay, Hawkers Cove, Bedruthan Steps...

The pretty harbour town of Padstow is just 3.5 miles away, with it's boutique eateries and shops.

Mother Ivey's Bay is a quiet and tranquil park, enveloped by gorgeous south coast flora and fauna.

The private beach, complete with crystal waters and golden sands, is a mere 200m from the caravan, as is the south west coastal path.
Each Wednesday evening you can sit and watch the lifeboat launch whilst enjoying a charity bbq on the beach.

The fabulous onsite shop stocks everyday items along with luxury local products, hot pastries, pasties, stone baked pizzas, coffee and homemade cakes - fancy splashing out, why not try the local gin (Tarquins) or the sumptuous Camel Valley fizz!
