Family owned caravan located in the popular Bay View area, only minutes from the beach and a few minutes to the main complex.

The caravan has central heating, double glazing. 1 double room and 2 twin rooms.

The livingroom has an electric fire, Smart TV, DVD player and a small selection of board games.

The kitchen is well equipped, including a microwave, kettle, toaster, large fridge with freezer compartment. We leave tea, coffee, sugar, condiments and some other basic items such as cooking oil, washing up liquid and tea towels.

Beds are made for your arrival and we include hand towels.

There is a main shower room with wash hand basin and a separate w/c , we do not include bath towels.

TV/DVD player in the main bedroom.

One parking bay outside the caravan.

No groups/No smoking or Vaping.

PLAY PASSES are not included but are available to buy once full payment is made, 4 weeks in advance of travel.

We had looked around for a while and found this caravan on this site. The booking was straight forward and the communication from Nicola was first rate and showed excellent customer service skills.Found this caravan to be perfect for us and our dog,a short walk to the beach and no noise from the main facilities. The free wifi was a bonus,as we had looked at other caravans and most didnt have any internet access. Caravan was very clean and the facilities e.g. tv,dvd,microwave etc were spot on. Beds were comfortable and all in all a very enjoyable week. We will definitely be returning.

Bay view 149 is a lovely caravan that is very well looked after. It had everything I needed for a very relaxing break. Bay view 149 is so handy for lovely beach walks. I would highly recommend this caravan and I look forward to returning soon.

We stayed here for a few days, the van is situated in a very good location, close enough to walk to the beach and main complex but far enough away to be very quiet. There's WiFi and a smart TV in the lounge area, kitchen is well equipped. The double bed is very comfortable and there's a small wall mounted TV with dvd in the double room. All beds were made up on arrival. We chose this van so we could take our dog with us. The van is well kept, very light and spacious. Although we didn't have children with us we noticed a travel cot and highchair was available. A lovely peaceful stay. Nicola was fantastic, from initial enquiry, keeping in contact making sure we had the best experience possible.

Been visiting this van for years. Friendly owners and feels so homely. Is a short walk to the beach and is a very nice area. Van is clean and everything you need for a comfortable stay. We enjoy going and having a home away home!
