Our beautiful family owned 3 bed caravan is just a short walk from the sea and is a wonderful get away for families or couples.
Situated in a cul-de-sac on Larch Grove, it’s a quiet and tranquil spot.
Parking for 2 cars next to the caravan.

It’s gorgeous wrap around decking let’s you sit out morning, noon or night with a book and cup/glass of something nice, while you take in the stunning surrounding views
The double doors from the living area lead onto the front decking and the side door to the large side decking.
Located so close to the beach you can hear the relaxing sound of the waves.

Living area with large sofa, coffee table, electric flame effect fire, 32” remote control tv and a few board games.

The kitchen contains a kettle, toaster, microwave, integrated fridge freezer oven and grill, fully equipt with cutlery, crockery, pots, pans and everything you will need for a comfortable stay and a 4 seat dining table for your family meals.

1 large double bedroom consists of large wardrobe, mirror and dressing table along with small remote control tv. With small en-suite.
2 x twin rooms can also become doubles if beds are pushed together.
Pillows and duvets included - however **Please bring your own fitted bed sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases**

Bathroom contains wash basin, shower and toilet. **please bring your own towels**

Just a few minutes walk to the main hub where you will find an indoor swimming pool, arcades, essential goods supermarket, fish and chip shop, the brand new Marina Bar, crazy golf, small child play area and The Mash and Barrell.
