Hi my name is Aileen and my self and my husband bought our holiday home in November a dream we had for many years after having many happy years with our 3 kids holidaying in beautiful Northumberland we felt the time was right and the only place we wanted our holiday home was Berwick upon tweed It is a beautiful park and plenty for the family to do and have fun and of course walking in to town and exploring the walk around the walls is fun too We have 4 grandchildren of our own and they love coming to gran and papas caravan Feel free to contact me at any time Kind regards Aileen x

Our Beautiful Swift Loire has a wrap around decking area with a gate to the back which can be locked for young kids safety while playing, it has piped gas central heating, double glazing through out it has a toilet and separate shower room with additional WC.

There is a large fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need for making your stay as pleasant as possible.

There is a large dinning room table and chairs and comfortable seating area in the lounge with a 50inch smart tv mounted to the wall with free
WI-FI

There are 3 bedrooms in the caravan the double room has plenty cupboard space wardrobe and dressing table and seat
2 single rooms with plenty storage and mirrors and wardrobes
Beds will be made up for your arrival the only thing you will need to supply is your own towels and toiletries

There is a parking bay directly in front of the caravan which is numbered and only parking for this caravan

Passes are NOT provided with the caravan but can be purchased from the main reception

The caravan is a five minute walk to the main complex and play park and outdoor activities and outside pool.

The caravan has a sea view and 40yards to the steps to access the beach

The Newley refurbished restaurant “The Briggs “ serves food and snacks all day and the live lounge has entertainment through out the day, the indoor swimming pool is a good size and flume for the kids to enjoy

This year we have daisy bikes and little train which goes around the park which is great for the kids also
And papa jones pizza takeaway along side the chip shop , there is also a well stocked supermarket on park

A short walk takes you into town to explore the beautiful Old Town of Berwick which has many shops and pubs and restaurants and take always
There is a little market on Wednesday

The golf course Magdalena Fields is on the holiday parks door step and also has a lovely restaurant which is kid friendly

If you fancy exploring further afield there are lots to explore down the coast
Holy Island at Lindisfarne
Bamborough Castle
Seahouses which has a beautiful white sandy beach
Alnwick castle is a must see and the Harry Potter Experience is magical.

Had a lovely weeks holiday in this Caravan 4 of us in total. Caravan has everything needed for a 1 week stay, very clean and a added bonus was the 50" TV in living room perfect for relaxing at night. Aileen was really nice and helpful with anything needed and lovely to deal with. Hopefully be back October for a few nights. Brian x

Just back from this delightful caravan. The views from the decking to the sea was lovely , it was very relaxing sitting out on the very comfortable outdoor furniture..Caravan in great location to both the beaches and entertainment centre. Caravan was immaculate. Definitely have no hesitation to recommend it. It was also a pleasure to deal with the owners Aileen and Hugh, such lovely friendly people
