This fantastic modern 2019 3 bedroom willerby seasons, 35ft x 12ft is double glazed and has gas central heating.
Our caravan is situated in Pentreath view, a more central part of the park and only a minute walk to the sites entertainment, swimming pools and amusements. A short walk away is the stunning beach and if you head towards Perranporth this is where you will find the famous watering hole pub. Perranporth town has some lovely shops, pubs, cafes, restaurants and takeaways.
- Our caravan offers a double master bedroom along with two twin bedrooms (which can be made into doubles if required) and a double pull out sofa bed in the living room.
- The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet, along with storage space. There is a separate toilet with a sink.
- The kitchen area has all you need, including a 4 gas burner cooker, microwave and large fridge-freezer.
- The lounge and dining area is a very spacious living area, complete with a comfortable wrap-around seating and a fixed dinette with matching décor. There is a 42 inch LCD tv with DVD player, along with a fireplace and a double pull out bed.
We will provide the duvets and pillows, but you will need to bring your own sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers and any towels.
We mainly hire 7 night breaks, but we also offer longer and shorter breaks, please ask for prices if your date isn’t listed.
Outside we have a picnic bench and parking for two cars.
Entertainment passes are not included in the price, you can purchase these from reception, if you would like them.
When you arrive on site you can go straight to our caravan as we have a key safe where the keys will be.
Sorry no pets or smoking in the caravan and no same sex group bookings (Haven rules).
We do ask for an extra £200 which will be refunded to you within 7 days of leaving. This is a key, damage deposit and for our caravan to be left as you found it.
Most deposits are £100. This is a non-refundable in the event of cancellation or if you fail to pay the balance on time. All school holidays dates are a £200 deposit, any booking over £800 is a £200 deposit also. The balance will need to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. This can be paid by bank transfer. No refunds will be issued if cancelled 5 weeks or less before the arrival date. Any late deals that we offer will need to be paid in full.
Due to covid-19 Haven legally have to record the names and phone numbers of all guests aged 16 years and over, visiting our park as well as our facilities, including indoor and outdoor venues for NHS test and trace purposes. Therefore I will require the name of the lead guest, email address, car registration (if two cars are going I will require both), names and phone numbers of everyone over 16 years old to complete the booking.
Check in is from 4pm and check out is 10am.
By paying the deposit you are entering a contract with me that you will abide by the rules and conditions I have set out, also you’ll take responsibility for paying on time and leaving the caravan in the same condition as how you found it. Any breach in the conditions will result in you losing your deposit and potentially losing you holiday.
