Sea Wagon Internal features includes:

* 40 inch smart TV: Netflix, free-view, BBC i player and many more.
* Central heating and double glazing throughout.
* Spacious kitchen/diner with a cooker oven and grill, toaster, microwave, integrated fridge/freezer, lots of pots and pans with utensils and crockery. Complimentary tea, coffee and sugar is provided along with washing up liquid and fresh tea towels.
* Main bedroom which has a double bed and a wardrobe.
* Second bedroom which has two (small) single beds with a single wardrobe.
* Third bedroom which has two (small) single beds with a single wardrobe.
* Only bed linens are provided (Please bring your own towel)
* There is family size shower room with storage for towels and toiletries.
* There is also a toilet with basin.
* There is outside decking area where you can sit and enjoy the outside weather.

There is allocated parking for one car next to the Caravan also there is second parking bay on request.

Sea Wagon is situated in the fantastic and stunning Landscove Holiday Park; The park will make you feel home as there is a club house providing; evening entertainment, an amusement arcade, restaurant, children's play park, an indoor & outdoor swimming pool (from May to October), a launderette and shop.

Passes are required to use the onsite facilities which can be purchased from reception.

Sea Wagon Check-in is 3pm, and Check-out is 10am.

Landscove holiday park is on the beautiful South West coastal path with stunning views of the cliffs and sea, it is a short 20 minute walk from St Marys bay (access is down a set of steep steps, so restrictive for those with mobility concerns).

In the other direction, it is less than ten minutes to Berry Head, where there is the (highly recommended), Guard House cafe which serves Delicious breakfast.

The traditional fishing town of Brixham is 25 minutes walk away where there are seaside shops, ice cream, pubs, fish & chips and from where, with children in mind, crabbing from the harbor is a must!

Just a 15 minute drive takes you to the Kingswear lower ferry which crosses into the historic town of Dartmouth.

Torquay and Paignton are also easy to reach by car, or alternatively, there is a regular bus service (No12) that runs from Brixham.
