In booking the holiday you agree to the following terms:
The length of hire is the dates you have booked and paid for, any unauthorised use of the caravan by The Hirer outside of these dates and times is chargeable and may result in the forfeit of some, or all, of the deposit paid by The Hirer
Cost of Hire
We also ask for a ‘ security deposit’ of £100. Which will be refunded within 5-7 days of departure following confirmation from our cleaner that the caravan has been left in an acceptable condition.
IF ON ARRIVAL YOU FIND ANY DAMAGE TO THR CARAVAN PLEASE REPORT TO MYSELF (Tina Gunner) WITHIN 24 HOURS INCLUDING PICTURES SO THAT THE HIRER DOES NOT GET CHARGED. ALSO IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT THERE ARE ANY PROBLEMS WITH CLEANING PLEASE ALSO REPORT TO THE MYSELF WITHIN 24HOURS .
Keys On arrival
The keys will be available from the key safe attached to the gate post of the decking. The keycode will be sent to you on the day of your arrival.
You MUST NOT attempt to gain access before the time agreed. Check in is at 2pm and check out is 10am. Failure to comply with this may result in the cleaner being unable to complete their clean, which will occur a cleaning cost to the hirer as the owner will still be required to pay for the incomplete clean. On departure keys must be returned to the key safe. Lost keys will be charged for at £10 per set.
Occupancy
The caravan may only be used by the persons listed on the booking form. The Hirer will be responsible for the entire party. Being a family park, we only accept bookings from family groups. We cannot accept bookings from young singles or all male/female parties.
Smoking is not allowed in the caravan.
The caravan must be left clean and tidy. Any malicious damage, or cleaning costs incurred, including signs of smoking, damage to furniture, or the accommodation must be paid for by the hirer and may result in the forfeit of some or all of the security deposit.

Behaviour
If, in the opinion of The Owner (or our representative) or the park manager, any member of the party is guilty of conduct prejudicial to the wellbeing of others, The Owner or the park manager may re-take possession of the accommodation immediately, without compensation to The Hirer.
Cancellation
Should the hire of the caravan become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control a full refund (including the deposit) will be given.
We do not accept liability for injury, loss or damage, suffered by any member of the party.
Insurance
We strongly recommend that you take out Holiday Insurance to cover accidents, losses, cancellations etc. These policies are available quite cheaply from most insurance brokers.
COVID-19
We are no longer offering a full refund if the hirer has to cancel due to Covid-19. This is why we strongly advise that you arrange insurance to cover the cost should the hirer have to cancel. ...Show less
