Our spacious holiday home will provide a lovely setting for your Butlins holiday helping you to make memories you'll treasure for a lifetime.
Complete with 2 secure veranda’s to give extra space and comfort. To the side is a 24 by 8 foot veranda with outdoor table and chairs for up to 6, and to the front 12 by 8 foot front veranda with out door rattan seating enough for 4 people.
Complete with Central heating, double glazing and a feature electric fireplace in the lounge, so you'll always be cosy regardless of the weather.
The spacious lounge provides ample seating for all the family with a 43" Freeview TV, with Netflix account set up ready to watch, plus an additional DVD player with a selection of children's DVDs. Free Wi-Fi included. The lounge is next to the dining area and kitchen, all open plan. A pull out double bed is included under seating.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you require for your caravan holiday. Including a fridge freezer, microwave, gas oven, grill and hob, toaster, kettle, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans.
The master bedroom has a double door wardrobe, overhead shelving, 2 bedside cabinets and mirror. An en-suite toilet is located just off this room with toilet, sink and mirror.
The twin bedrooms each consist of two single beds, a single wardrobe, bedside cabinet, mirror and overhead shelving.
Duvets and pillows are supplied together with mattress protectors and pillow protectors. Clean bed linen is provided on your arrival, please remember to bring your own towels.
The bathroom has a double shower enclosure, sink, vanity unit with shelving and a toilet.
Safety: for your safety the caravan is fitted with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector and fire extinguisher. Please don’t tamper with these.
Please note this is a strictly non smoking caravan and pets are not permitted.
Our family friendly caravan also provides the following:
- IKEA high chair, children's plates, cups and bowls.
- Travel cot (no cot bedding, please bring your own).
- Vacuum cleaner, brush and dustpan, hairdryer, clothes airer, iron and ironing board.
Up to 4 Butlins entertainment passes are included in the price 2 adults 2 children. Infants under 2 do not require an entertainment pass. Further passes for up to 8 people are available for your stay please note any additional to the 4 will be charged extra.
Adult weekends are for a max of 6 people, 4 passes are included in the price 2 additional passes can be purchased with your booking.
Off road Parking space available next to the caravan.
Located on Sandhills near side and so within 6 minutes walk to the main resort, or you can take your car and park nearer to the resort entrance if you wish or needed.

Lots of various shows and entertainments available throughout your stay subject to Butlins schedule. Please note we can not guarantee availability to any entertainment it’s on a first come basis so just arrive for these in plenty of time on busy periods.

Your full payment will be due 6 weeks before your holiday start date, payments not made by then will result in you losing your break with us.
Any cancellations made 5 weeks or less before you arrive will not be refunded.
All prices will require an additional £75 refundable bond.
