PRIVATE OWNERS CARAVAN HIRE BOOKING FORM:
A £50 non-refundable deposit is payable with this booking form. Confirmation will be sent to you when the booking is accepted. The balance is payable no later than 6 weeks prior to the date of arrival. If the balance remains unpaid after that time your booking will be cancelled without a refund of your deposit. The person (Hirer) who signs the booking form is known as the person who is responsible for all persons using the holiday home during the stated period. Bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival are payable in full at time of booking.
An additional £100 refundable housekeeping deposit is payable with the balance of payment. This damages deposit will be returned within 7 days of your departure per T&Cs Departures section. If paying in full please add the Refundable Damage Deposit of £100 to your payment.
We advise you to have your own holiday insurance to cover personal circumstances. If you choose not to, then you accept responsibility for any loss that you may incur due to your cancellation.
Cancellation charges are based on the scale set out on page 3.
By making a booking, the first named person on the booking agrees on behalf of all persons detailed on the booking that:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
A contract between you and the owner will come into existence when payment is received and a booking confirmation is issued showing the confirmed holiday dates. The contract binds you & all the members of your party.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all members of your party accept the terms of the contract set out in these terms & conditions of booking. Failure to disclose all relevant information or comply with these terms may lead to termination of the contract & loss of the booking.
A non-refundable deposit of £50 of the holiday cost is payable at the time of booking. Bookings made less than six weeks before your arrival date must be paid in full, plus the £100 refundable housekeeping deposit.
The balance must be paid no later than six weeks before the commencement of your holiday.
All cancellations must be notified in writing. If you cancel your holiday at any time before it is due to start, then your deposit will be forfeit. If you cancel less than 6 weeks before the holiday, cancellation charges are based on the sliding scale shown above.
Your booking will not be cancelled by the owner except in exceptional circumstances beyond our control. Notification will be given of the cancellation as soon as possible and we will promptly refund all payments made for your holiday. Our liability for cancellation will be limited to payments made to us.
No parties or events – the maximum number of persons using the accommodation at any time must not exceed 4 persons and only those listed on the booking form can occupy the property. We reserve the right to terminate the booking without notice and without refund in case of a breach of this condition.
Bookings cannot be accepted from persons under 18 years of age (Looe Bay Rule). The owner reserves the right to refuse a booking without giving any reason.
We or our representatives reserve the right to enter the property at any time to undertake essential maintenance or for inspection purposes.
Tenancies normally commence at 3pm unless otherwise agreed. Please vacate the caravan by 10am on your departure date.
This allows the accommodation to be thoroughly cleaned and prepared for incoming guests.
Vaping or smoking anywhere inside the premises will result in immediate termination of occupancy and forfeiture of all payments. This must be strictly adhered to and any damage or extra cleaning caused by smoking will be at the expense of the hirer.
Housekeeping deposit when making a booking, you accept responsibility for any theft, breakage or damage caused by you, or any member of your party and agree to indemnify us in full for any loss that we may incur as a result. This deposit will be returned within seven days of the end of your holiday, less the cost of damage/breakages.
Please treat the facilities & accommodation with due care and respect so that other guests may continue to enjoy them. If you notice something is missing or damaged in your accommodation, please let us know immediately so that we can take the appropriate action. If there has been any damage or breakages during your stay, we would be grateful if you could report them promptly, especially before check-out. The housekeeping deposit will be returned as soon as the cleaner has entered and confirmed state of the caravan. If the caravan is reported as excessively dirty ie piles of dirty dishes and plates, the cleaner has the right to charge additional cleaning costs and these costs will be deducted from the deposit.
Any deposit withheld will be discussed with the hirer.
If any person soils any carpet or furniture due to illness or spillages a FULL carpet and upholstery clean will be carried out which will result in the full damages deposit being used. The housekeeping deposit is also there to cover any permanent staining on furnishings and bed linen, e.g. fake tan, crayons, felt tip pens.
The owner reserves the right to make a charge to cover additional cleaning costs if the client leaves the property in an unacceptable condition.
The accommodation will be inspected at the end of the holiday & you may be charged for any loss or damage.
Please do not move any furniture from one room to another.
Please remove shoes before entering the caravan.
Please lock the doors and close the windows when you leave the property unoccupied.
Please make sure you switch off lights, heating, or any electrical/gas appliances when caravan is unoccupied.
Please note that if any keys issued are not returned at the end of your stay, then the cost of replacement will be charged to you.
The client may, not, under any circumstances re-let or sublet the property, even free of charge.
The owner shall not be liable for any temporary defect or malfunction of any equipment, machinery or appliance in the caravan and grounds. No compensation will be given for any temporary outage of electricity, gas, water, internet connection or television service.
The owners are not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
All inventory must remain in the property and not be taken to another property.
Guests are responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times. Never leave children without adult supervision.
You should comply with speed limits, parking and other traffic regulations on our parks. All vehicles are brought onto the holiday park at their owner’s risk and we do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to these except where it is caused by our negligence or fault.
Please park your vehicles in the designated parking areas, ensuring cars do not block access to other properties. Please respect the community and try to keep noise levels to a minimum, especially between 11 pm and 8 am.
Candles are not allowed inside the caravan.
Unfortunately we do not allow pets.
The caravan must be left clean and tidy. Rubbish must be removed and placed into the on-site bin area located at the end of Polruan Drive and the top of Fowley Drive.
An inventory is taken before your arrival and after your departure. All items belonging to the caravan must be left in place. Any problem or complaint which the client may have concerning their holiday must be immediately reported directly to us/our representatives and we will endeavour to put matters right. Any complaints not reported to us at the time and only reported after the client has returned from holiday will not be considered by the proprietor.
All information is held for the purpose of identity for rental of the Owners caravan and will be held on a secure computer.
Details will be destroyed after tax submissions and accounts are no longer required. No information will be passed to third parties or used for any marketing purposes. By signing this form you agree that we can contact you via email/telephone for your holiday booking.
We reserve the right to make reasonable amendments or additions to these terms and conditions without notice.
