Welcome to our private family owned holiday home in beautiful sunny Sussex at Combe Haven Holiday Park, St Leonards-on-sea.

We welcome to you to spend some time in our caravan with family or friends and make some lovely memories.

There are lots of local attractions and other seaside areas close by. Including Camber Sands, Eastbourne and Brighton.

We have unlimited WIFI available, should you need it.

Our holiday home is a self catering 3 bedroom caravan, which comprises of a double bedroom and two 2 bed single rooms (one of which is a bunk bed with a full size single bed at the bottom), and also a comfy pull out sofa bed.

There is a big shower room with toilet, and an additional toilet.

We have an a gas fire in the lounge area and blow heaters in each of the bedrooms to keep you warm in the cooler months.

There is lots of parking close to the caravan.

The caravan is positioned in a quieter area of the park where it is peaceful but you can reach the main entertainment within a 4 minute walk. Please note that the position of this caravan is NOT suitable for anyone with walking difficulties as there is a flight of stairs from the caravan to reach the main entertainment area.

Not far away (10 min drive) there is Ravenside retail park that has- Marks and Spencer, Tesco, B&M, Next, McDonalds, KFC and other retail stores, and Priory Meadow shopping centre.

Here we are only offering use of just the caravan for self catering purposes. If you would like to enjoy any of the other entertainment on site provided by Haven then the purchase of play passes would be from Haven directly once you arrive on site for your holiday, these are SUBJECT TO AVALIBILITY, and are required to access.

- Any activities sessions that Haven are putting on which are all subject to availability.

On site there is the Mash and Barrell restaurant , Burger King and Papa Johns, as well as a fish and chip van, and a well stocked convivence store. There's also an ice cream van that drives around the park in the summer!

We can supply bed linen if required but ask that you bring all your own bath towels, hand towels and tea towels.

We offer 3 and 7 night breaks. Outside of the peak season other stays may be possible - please get in touch to discuss.
