Doniford Bay - Holiday Accommodation 15152

Just got back from a fantastic stay at this wonderful caravan at Doniford Bay. Beds were made up prior to our arrival - as requested - and the children couldn't wait to unpack before immediately asking if they could go swimming (which they could)! The caravan had everything we needed for a week, it was also clean and located in a great spot - not too far from the complex (2 minute walk) but far enough not to hear any noise. We quite enjoyed watching the sheep being herded on the hill each day and seeing the cows move in on their spot! We booked the caravan because it has a ramp and it was perfect for our wheelchair which meant my wife didn't feel trapped inside and could walk to the chair on the ramp and explore with us. The site itself is a smaller Haven site which was perfect as the children got to do everything they wanted to without having to queue or really book - crazy golf, playground, swimming, seeing the Seaside Squad each night and watching the tide come in each evening. During our stay, we visited Minehead, Tropiquaria Wildlife Park and Dunster Castle which the children really enjoyed- they particularly enjoyed the playground at The Hairy Dog in Minehead! We also found a great chippy - John's Chippy, about a 2 minute drive from the site (half the price of the on site chippy). Overall,I would definitely recommend this caravan and thank you for letting us book with you!
