Hello everyone, I am the proud owner of this beautifully kept abi. I like to make sure it really is home from home.. I visit my caravan regularly to make sure it is up to the standard that I expect to see as a visiting guest. I make sure to have my carpets cleaned every season or when it is needed and the caravan is kept as clean as it can be for my guests and myself as I use it also once a month and I'm very house proud... my caravan is my pride and joy, and I enjoy nothing more than getting there and having a break with my husband 5 children and dog. I was very unsure on letting out the van as dog friendly but as a dog owner myself I no how important it is to have our dogs away with us when we can. I have also thought carefully on where my caravan is based. Having 5 children and a dog I wanted something that suited everyone so I have chosen the perfect spot with very dog friendly beach, haven site with a dog agility area and with enough activities to keep the whole family entertained. I'm very friendly and I want my guests to feel welcome so feel free to give me a call or text if you need to whilst using My van.

Here is our new 3 bedroom abi coworth 2021 caravan with:
Full central heating
Double glazed
Pet friendly (behaved pets)
Sleeps 8

Based right next to the adventure Village at havens Caister on sea.
The perfect spot for your holidays with direct access to the beach 2 minutes from the caravan.

Our caravan consists of 1 master bedroom with an en-suite toilet.
2 twin rooms sleeping 2 in each and a sofa bed in the living area.
1 shower room with a toilet so no need to wait for the toilet.
A 32" smart tv and an led fire place for a relaxing evening in and a selection of games for the children to play.
We have a kettle toaster microwave oven and fridge with small freezer inside at the top. Plenty of cupboard space for your supplies.
We do supply your pillows and duvets but please bring your own linen and towels.

Please no smoking or vaping in this premises.

On site:
Adventure Village consists of aerial adventure and another aerial adventure for the younger ones also, a huge play area with a sand pit also for the younger ones to enjoy, outdoor stage area where they do entertainment and outdoor cinema, outside bar area, seaside snack bar, the big jump, golf, hire of bikes, dogs agility area, indoor pool, arts and crafts, den building, indoor soft play area, junior Segway's, archery and plenty more activities to enjoy.

Being in-between Hemsby and Great Yarmouth there are plenty of things to keep you busy and lots of attractions and days out local.

The caravan is based at the heart of the camp site, right on top of the adventure Village.

WE DO NOT SUPPLY PASSES. these can be purchased directly from haven.

We do need to register you in with haven for your stay with us so we will need your name, address, car reg, email and phone numbers of any adults staying.

This is our family holiday home so please all we ask is you to respect its a families holiday home but we do hope you thoroughly enjoy yourself here with us.

This is a family site so please no all female/male groups or hen and stag dos.

The caravan at Caister-on-Sea was superb. We will definitely be booking this caravan again, as we had such a wonderful time. The amenities in the caravan were all tip-top; the caravan was very clean and tidy on arrival, and the site has all the amenities that a family of four with two boys aged 10 & 11 could want. The caravan is very close to the central activity area, so it felt very safe to let the boys wander up to the play area. The owner was responsive, friendly, and very professional. We didn't bring our dog this time, but it is a real plus that (well behaved) dogs are allowed :-) Thank you for a lovely short stay.
