25% Deposit to be paid upon booking and holiday balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival, this will include a £100 security deposit which will be refunded within 7 days of departure. Instalment plans are available on request.

Booking terms and conditions of hire.

Definition - The lead name on booking form shall be known as the hirer.

Booking conditions


1.We ask all our holiday guests to please not travel if you are feeling unwell or are displaying any of the Coronavirus symptoms.
2.Haven have developed a quicker new arrival process for all holiday guests so that they can maintain social distancing guidelines. I will have pre-registered you, so Haven will provide you with the relevant information about how to arrive safely to your park. Upon arrival you will be met by one of the team and your booking details checked.
3.Bookings will only be accepted from hirers that are over 21 years if age and above on start of holiday.
4.No same sex groups under 25 years old.
5.The lead name (hirer) on booking form is responsible for the caravan.
6.All changes to a booking form are allowed only by prior agreement with caravan owner in writing.
7.The hirer is responsible for the conduct of all persons listed on the booking forms as well as any visitors.
8.The hirer agrees that the details of persons listed on the booking form shall be registered with the caravan owners and Haven holidays.
9.The hirer must give access to the caravan if reasonably required by the caravan owners, Haven holidays their staff or agents.
10. The caravan owners reserve the right the right to refuse any bookings without obligation to give a reason.
11. Haven Hopton and we will not be responsible for any person’s loss or injury, however caused or sustained to any person or vehicle (including any persons under the age of 18 years of age).
12. There is a NO SMOKING policy in our caravan at any time.
13. The is a NO PETS policy at our caravan.
14. In case of any maintenance problem(s). DIY repairs must NOT be attempted.
15. Gas and electrics have undergone annual safety tests. Use of your own electrical items is at your own risk.
16. We will leave store cupboard basic items, please feel free to use, all we ask is if you empty something, please just replace it.
17. The caravan is to be left in a clean and tidy condition.
18. The holiday cost is purely for the rental of our caravan if you wish to use the Haven facilities you will need to purchase Play passes from the reception area, and I will provide you a form to be able to do this.
