Welcome to our fantastic Willerby Rio Premier central heated and double glazed 6 berth 3 bedroom Caravan holiday home. It’s all ready for you to enjoy the laid back, flexible family lifestyle a caravan holiday brings. This is our pride and joy. We are now opening bookings for others to experience our little retreat. All we ask is you take as much care as we do and leave the caravan clean and tidy as you found it. In view of this, we say strictly No Smoking/vaping, No Pets or no adult group bookings as per the rules.
About our Caravan :
The caravan is situated on a fantastic plot next to the sand dunes on the Erddig area of Haven’s Presthaven Beach Resort. We are just a 2 minute walk from the main entertainment/pool area of the park and approx. 100 metres to the beach access. This beach access leads to the nature reserve area with the lovely sandy beach looking to the right.
We are very fortunate to have large decking as you come out the front door with seating for 6 and ample room for children. . Nestled into the sand dunes we have newly landscaped a raised patio section for daytime/ evening entertaining. This has relaxing low level seating consisting on 2 seater sofa, 2 chairs and coffee table. We have this lit with solar lighting as well as attractive planting.
Our caravan is prestige graded. It is fully central heated and double glazed with 3 bedrooms. The double bedroom has a double bed, 19”tv, ample wardrobe and above bed storage. Also 2 twin rooms with wardrobe and above bed storage. One twin room has tv/dvd in and the other has a DVD player. We also have a double pull out sofa bed in the living room should you need it although please note our caravan is strictly limited to 6 persons staying.
The Caravan comes with 2 pillows each, duvets and a fresh bedding pack for the bed linen ready for you to make up beds yourselves. (Failure to use bed linen could be liable to your damages deposit paid)
You will need to supply your own towels. I can also supply a travel cot and high chair should you need it for your stay. These need to be booked in advance.
We have a full family shower room with toilet and basin and an additional separate toilet room. Living room is extremely large and spacious with a full wrap around sofa that converts into a sofa bed should you need it. Gas fire, Storage footstool, 40” Smart Television, DVD player, free WIFI, in built speaker system. Bluetooth speaker iPhone docking station, huge DVD selection.
Spacious fitted Kitchen area with gas cooker with hob, full size Fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, slow cooker, panini sandwich press, halogen air oven and all utensils needed. Separate dining area with light beach table and stools to seat six people.
There is a choice of a few small car parks a few caravans away each side.
We require a £75 non refundable deposit to secure your date. This is held as your deposit upon booking to cover damage/breakages or excessive cleaning which we hope would not happen. This is refunded once we are happy that the caravan is back in the way it came. We ask for bank transfer instant payment.
The remaining hire price balance is payable 6 weeks before or if less than 6 weeks full payment is required. We are happy to refund only if the park is forced closed with coronavirus. No other cancellation refunds accepted.
You are staying in our self contained caravan on Presthaven Haven site. Haven Passes for the venues are not included. You are booking a private caravan. Use of the supermarket, parks and takeaway only. Subject to coronavirus restrictions passes may be able to purchase separately but this is at the discretion of Haven.
Check in is 3pm but if I can do earlier I will try and accommodate if I can. This is not guaranteed.
Check out is 10am on day of departure as I will need to clean the caravan for the next family or us. Any late check out will be charged.
If any of the above rules are broken, we reserve the right to ask you to leave.
NO PETS /NO SMOKING/LARGE ADULT GROUPS .
Besides the rules we want you to have a great time and hopefully return to us to enjoy again.
We also have a luxury caravan with front opening doors and decking on site for our own use so if you do not see your dates available or need another caravan for friends and family contact me as we may be able to rent ours out to you.
