Passes are NOT included in our rental cost (you are purchasing the hire of our caravan only) but can be purchased from reception if required (subject to Haven availability / and if there are any Covid restrictions in place limiting facilities set by haven and the government) although we find not everyone wants to purchase passes as there's lots to do in the surrounding areas).

We are not held responsible for any of Havens facilities or passes. We are only supplying the accommodation on site.

If you are a blue light card holder i.e. police, fire, ambulance service or if you are military personal you will qualify for an automatic 15% discount on any bookings you make with us, all we ask for is proof of entitlement for the discount, this can be your blue light card or military ID and a 2nd form of ID to match name to the form of ID. Please mention you are a blue light card holder when you enquire, without this no discount will be applied for you. The discount can only be applied if you message us directly as this is unable to be applied through UK caravans 4 Hire
