Description

Located just a short walk from the on-site facilities (Lakeside complex) and with a short cut down to the beach, the holiday home is perfectly situated to enjoy the best that Primrose Valley has to offer. Perfect for a family adventure or a tranquil getaway with friends.

Modern kitchen with integrated fridge/freezer, cooker with hob & extractor, microwave, kettle, toaster & all essentials, as well as a comfortable dining area.

Lounge with freestanding sofas and pull-out double sofa bed, complete with gas fireplace, free private WiFi, built in bluetooth speakers, flat-screen Smart TV and DVD player along with a selection of DVDs. The lounge has front double patio doors to the decking with rattan furniture and you can see the lake from inside the caravan as well as on the decking.

Master bedroom with a Super King Memory Foam mattress with en-suite WC, a large wardrobe space and vanity area and Smart TV. Second bedroom with twin beds and a wardrobe. Pillows and linen provided along with hand towels in the bathrooms and beds are made up on arrival.

Beautifully appointed family bathroom with toilet, sink and walk-in shower.

Welcome pack on arrival of tea, coffee, sugar, Prosecco, treats and nibbles (even a treat for the dogs) along with washing up liquid and cloths, tea towel and hand wash.

We had such a lovely week, honestly it was perfect thank you so much! Our children adored it and had so much fun at the beach which is honestly one of the most gorgeous beaches I've ever seen! The van was just perfect and so comfortable with loads of room, the master bedroom is amazing!
