Our luxury lodge is in prime location on golden sands, as we are back-to-back with the beach, and has the gate entrance directly behind the lodge, listen to the waves crashing against the rocks at night whilst drifting off to sleep.
Our lodge is a real home from home with all the luxury extras
We have a very large decking to the front and side with locale gate, we have relaxing patio furniture and additional table and chairs, outside plug socket, night lights all around so you can sit outside on them summer evenings.
We have the sun from morning sunrise till sun set working its way to the side for the perfect sunset photo.
1st bedroom is our master bedroom, king size bed, air conditioning / large tv / bed side lamps and USB plug sockets next to the bed, walk in luxury wardrobe leading to your very own ensuite bathroom, also we've added shaver sockets / toothbrush charger next to the sink, ironing board and iron can be found in the walking wardrobe
2nd bedroom has double bed lots of storage and tv also with Freeview and USB sockets and lamp.
3rd bedroom is also a double sized room, but we have 2 single beds in here this also benefits from a tv on the wall with free view , USB socket next to beds and wardrobe and drawers
Kitchen has breakfast bar with 2 stools, dish washer. washing machine, separate tumble dryer, fridge and freezer, microwave, gas oven and grill, halogen oven, toaster and kettle

Our large living area this is where you really feel the benefit of hiring a lodge instead of a caravan the space hits you immediately, we have 2 large recliner sofas perfect for movie nights and just relaxing with your feet up, we have a smart tv to log in to any of your own devices
We have a large dining table with 6 chairs.

We do have CCTV outside of our lodge, but this can be switched off from my phone its only for extra security and points to the parking space and shed and gas bottles to prevent theft when we are not using our holiday home.

Rules
✨ Registration fee is payable at reception on arrival for site passes, entrance to club house , swimming pool, arcade
✨ please make sure you turn the heating off before going home as we are on gas bottle and they cost £80 a bottle if the heating is left on it will use all the gas and you will unfortunately be charged if you go home and leave it switched on, also if you set a timer please but it back to the original setting so the heating doesn’t come on once you’ve left.
✨ Check in is 3 o’clock but will let you know the night before if it’s going to be ready earlier if no one is checking out sometime it can be ready a little earlier. Check out is 10am sometimes can be 11 if no one’s checking in that day. Will confirm day before arrival
✨ You will need bedding covers
The quilts and pillows are provided bedding can be hired £30
✨ WiFi is free and password will be sent to you
✨Any problems whilst your here please contact me I may be on site to help of can talk you through any problems any problems reported to Recption I will be billed by them.
✨ Please take away rubbish that you have to the bins when leaving Do not leave rubbish inside and please take away left over food do not leave milk and other food in the fridge Or I will be billed by the cleaner this will be taken from your deposit
✨ please don’t put rubbish out side the door when leaving on the decking the seagulls will rip open the bags open
✨ please do not smoke inside and if you do smoke please smoke out side. Please pick up cigarettes off the floor our cleaner refuses to do this.
❌ If their is any smell if cannabis inside the lodge NO refunded will be given, even if you’ve not smoked but stored cannabis I will not refund your deposit, so if you smoke cannabis please don’t even book my lodge as the smell is disgusting and lingerie’s this is a very strict rule I will not refund your deposit if I smell it inside anywhere ❌
✨please don’t bring any pets no dogs no cats it’s a pet free lodge
✨please don’t invite extra people to the lodge only the people on the booking form are allowed to stay and any extra people you haven’t told us about will be asked to leave
✨please leave the lodge clean and tidy when leaving I don’t expect it to be spotless but I do expect it to be to a clean reasonable standard
✨ please make sure all windows are shut properly not on the catch
✨please if you have used the key safe box to collect the key Please put the key back in the box ,don’t take to Recption only keys collected from reception and be returned their
✨please leave me a review if you’ve been happy in my lodge and any problems whilst their let me know and I’ll do all I can to help make things right thank you
