Our Holiday Home does not belong to Haven, but is privately owned by ourselves, and is our treasured possession. We do, sincerely, hope you have a lovely holiday and respect it as if it were your own.
Your booking is for accommodation only, and you will need to obtain activity passes for every person, over the age of 4 years. Once the booking has been confirmed with Haven, once full payment has been recieved, you will receive a link from Haven to purchase you activity play passess and to pre book all activities required for your stay.
Alternatively the passes can be purchased from Haven reception on your arrival to Primrose Valley Holiday Park and you can book your activities at that time.
Please do NOT
•Park on the grass in front of the caravan, but use the roadside parking available on Beech Rise.
•Take sofa cushions, mattresses or bedding outside of the caravan (decking or grassed areas) as this may cause damage to the material.
•Allow any pets inside the caravan, this is due to family allergies.
•Smoke, or use any form of illegal substances inside of the caravan or on the decking areas. E-cigarettes must not be used inside of the caravan. Please discard any cigarettes in the bucket located on the path outside of the decking gate, to keep the area tidy.
•Light any fires anywhere near the caravans. However, BBQ’s are allowed at a safe distance from the caravan/decking and the lead guest is responsible for any injuries or damages.
Any breaking of these rules may affect your Damage Security Bond.
LETTING ARRANGEMENTS
You can arrive on site anytime from midday to collect your passes and book activities, (if you have not already done so using the link). However, you cannot access the caravan until 4pm on your arrival day. There is a key safe for the caravan, on the decking opposite the main door, and I will message you with the code number to gain access, no later the 2pm on your arrival day, providing all funds have been transferred to my account.
You need to leave the caravan no later the 10am on your departure day so that the cleaner can gain access and prepare it for our next guests.
Can you please leave the caravan in a clean condition, and can you make sure you; turn off the boiler, check all doors and windows are closed, and replace the keys into the key safe when you leave.
SUPPORT - If you have any issues or concerns, please contact me directly on 07969926127. If I am not available, leave a message and I will get back to you as soon as possible. In the meantime, if you require any support or advice immediately, please contact Main Reception on 01723 513771 or Park patrol 07743891227.
BREAKAGES OR DAMAGES - We are aware the accidents can happen, and we ask you to report any breakages and damages, so we can rectify them after your departure in readiness for our next guests. The £75.00 Damage Security Bond is to protect us from malicious, mischievous, or undue care damage. This is standard practice with any caravan hire, and in line with our excess cost on our insurance policy.
ACCOMODATION - The caravan can only be used by the named people on the booking form, and the lead guest is responsible for the entire party. If it is discovered that extra guests are staying the whole party may be asked to leave and placed on a banned list, which is shared with all other owners on the park. All of the beds will be made up for you with fresh bedding. All mattresses and pillows have protectors, and they are checked before every letting.
Towels are not provided, and you will need to bring your own.
WIFI is Safe9 you will be given the log in deatils on arrival, in the welcome pack leaflets. Unfortunately, at busy times the signal maybe reduced.
The lead guest must be over 21 years of age, and with it being a family park, and according to Haven Policy, groups of guests of similar ages are not allowed.
Strictly NO CHARGING of electric vehicles from the caravan, as there are charging points outside of the owner’s reception area, next to the main reception complex.
The caravan must be left clean and tidy, and any breakages or damages to the furniture, fittings, inventory, electrical equipment, caravan or decking is the responsibility of the Lead guest.
On your last day please strip the bedding, leaving on the mattress and pillow protectors, and place the laundry, in a black bag (which will be provided), in the main bedroom. DO NOT leave it outside as per Haven Lets as it is our own personal bedding.
BEHAVIOUR - When playing games outside of the caravan please respect all the other caravans, vehicles, and other guests, as everyone wants to enjoy their holiday without conflict or complaint. There are plenty of bigger areas on the park where you can enjoy your activities without restricting your family fun.
We want you to have fun and enjoy your stay but please be respectful and keep the noise levels down, especially in the evenings when young children may be sleeping. Please do not be offended if the park security calls round and request a more respectful level of noise or behaviour from your party.
LIABILITY - We do not accept liability for injury, loss, or damage suffered by the lead guest or their party. We strongly recommend that you purchase holiday insurance to cover accidents, losses, or cancellations. These policies are widely available quite cheaply from most insurance companies.
DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT - A fee of £50 is required to secure your booking and take your holiday dates of the calendar. Until this is paid the dates remain active for other guests to book and pay their deposits. By paying your deposit it is confirmation that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions. The balance of payment for your holiday and the damage security bond must be paid in full at least 8 weeks before your date of arrival.
DAMAGE SECURITY BOND - We require a bond of £75 which is payable at the same time as your full balance, 8 weeks before your holiday. This will be refunded back to you within 48 hours of the completion of your holiday, providing no concerns have been raised regarding the condition of the caravan and its contents. Part or all of the bond will be retained to repair any damages. Any damages above this amount the lead guest is responsible for, and legal action will be taken, if required.
