Fully equipped caravan with everything you will need to enjoy an amazing holiday or weekend break. The property sleeps 6 has 1 double bedroom with king size bed and on suite toilet 2nd bedroom is a twin. Also has double pull out bed in living room.

Kitchen includes oven, microwave ,fridge freezer and washing machine. Kitchen comes fully equipped with all cooking utensil and cleaning products plus all condiments.

Good size dinning table and plenty of seating in lounge large smart TV with free view channels there is a Xbox 360 for use but can only be use with the games already installed.

Large decking area with hot tub and table and chairs side decking with day bed.

The sight is very well situated for visiting both Chichester town centre and Bognor seafront both only 10 minutes away in car.

Sight has brand new club house with entertainment kids club and bingo every night. Heated indoor swimming pool plus children's pool.

Food is also serve in clubhouse. There are 8 different lakes situated around park which are great for fishing (fishing has an extra cost please ask for more Info).

Water skiing is also available from the large lake.

Absolutely wonderful accommodation - spotlessly clean - additional extras in van such as board games - Xbox and books. Hot tub was a lovely extra and they day bed was a lovely touch - although we were so busy we didn't get chance to enjoy the day bed. Hosts are both lovely and on hand to contact should you need to . Fab farm shop 5 minutes drive from the site - runcton farm shop. We had lunch from the sandwich counter every day - good home made food also to take back to the van . Can highly recommend Susan's holiday home .
