Your caravan will be available from 3pm caravan and private car parking space must be vacated by 10 am failure to depart by 10am may result in a retention being made from your damage deposit as we may have to pay extra for a cleaner to return to caravan due to late departure strictly no smoking within the caravan should you smoke outside please discard cigarettes' butts in a reasonable manner and not on grass area around caravan no over crowding allowed in caravan if this is found to be the case then all parties will be asked to leave either by our selves or park staff in accordance with haven policy we cannot accept hen and stag parties or large same sex parties passes are not included but can be purchased at reception there will be a play pass form to fill in caravan we and our park staff have the right to ask you to vacate the caravan if during your stay bad behaviour is reported to the park please do not barbecue on decking as this is plastic you can barbecue on flagstones no climbing on decking rails as easily broken please leave the caravan clean and tidy and all rubbish should be placed in large rubbish bins around site within first hour of arrival in caravan any damage or marks noticed must be reported in that hour if fail to do so it will be put down to your response ability which may be deducted from damage bond once caravan has been checked if every thing is found satisfactory then your security deposit will be returned within 48 hours please make sure dishwasher is empty and switch on central heating is switched to the off position please do not leave lights on and windows open safe key must be returned back to box on leaving .any problems contact numbers are in blue folder in caravan. ...Show less
