Hello. Nice to meet you! And welcome to our page. We are Paul & Kay. 2 great friends who share a holiday home together. We both enjoy spending our time at our caravan, with family and friends. We enjoy getting away from the hustle and bustle of our daily lives, to unwind and relax within our holiday home. As it's on a Holiday Park, we get to enjoy relaxation, and also meet new people while enjoying the entertainment and activities within the Park. We have jointly came to the decision that we would love people to enjoy our fabulous home from home when we are not around. We will look forward to being able to welcome you to our holiday home. A modern caravan with home-from-home touches, and beautifully decorated.

Entrance into a beautifully open plan lounge & kitchen. The kitchen comes with full sized oven/hob with extractor over, full size fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle.

This holiday home boasts a prime location for watching the sunset! While having a partial sea view. 3 bed, 8 berth caravan with free unlimited WiFi, central heating and double glazing.

You can enjoy relaxing on the sofa while watching tv, read a book, or even play board games with your family / friends.

Lounge with Smart TV, PlayStation 3 games console (can be used as a DVD player), log effect electric fire, mirror, coffee table large sofa bed and a dining area.
You are more than welcome to access your own Netflix, Britbox, Disney+, YouTube etc, via the TV

Bedroom 1 - Master bedroom with double bed and storage.
Bedroom 2 - Twin room with two single beds and storage.
Bedroom 3 - Twin room with two single beds and storage.

Family shower room with toilet and wash basin. Separate washroom with toilet and wash basin.

We can arrange certain things for a special occasions/anniversary/birthday ready for your arrival. Please message me for more information, or to request something.

• Bedding - Bed linen is not provided. Please remember to bring your own duvet covers, pillow cases and sheets. You will also need to bring your own towels.

• Cleaning - We don't provide cleaning/washing up products. There is a mop, broom, and dust pan & brush in the caravan
• Extras include - PlayStation 3 games console, board games, books, and a selection of DVDs

Broadland Sands Holiday Park is in Corton on the Norfolk / Suffolk border. Broadland Sands is ideally situated midway between the seaside towns of Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth, making it a prime location on the East Coast. This holiday park has recently undergone an extensive refurbishment, with the addition of a fabulous indoor pool with a 45-foot flume. Broadland Sands Holiday Park is a large holiday park but has an amazing feel of space, with plenty of room for holiday makers to have a great seaside break.

Due to the Coronavirus pandemic some parks may restrict or withdraw facilities and services for the foreseeable future for private let guests.

Unfortunately due to cliff erosion the local council closed off all access to our beach. However, you can take a walk or drive to either Hopton or Corton which are our closest beaches. If you are happy to venture a bit further we have a lovely blue flag beach in Gorleston.

We had a great time, with our family. Slept well on the beds, watched some DVD's and played some games. Kitchen had everything we needed. also the location is very close to the sea. Facilities in the campsite were also fun. Our kids went swimming and played mini golf. The owners Paul and Kay were very helpfull and kind in there communication.
