This caravan is our own personal place where we can get away from the everyday stresses of life. We can go for walks, explore the coastal villages or sit and watch the waves rolling by. We are sure you will feel the relaxing calm when you park up and set foot in our spacious luxurious home from home. We waited specifically for a front line position and you can be the judge as to whether it was worth the effort. Have fun! Enjoy!

Description

This is our own luxury caravan/lodge with full residential specification for year round comfort. It enjoys stunning uninterrupted panoramic views across Coldingham Bay to the lighthouse at St Abbs. Watch the fishing boats returning to harbour or (if you are fortunate) watch dolphins swimming past the headland. There are picturesque walks taking you along the cliffs or down to the sandy Eyemouth beach with its rock pools. Eyemouth is a small working harbour where you can feed the resident seals. You will find a wide variety of pubs, restaurants and takeaways in the village as well as general stores and a petrol station.

There are a large number of small villages with bays up and down the coast as well as places of interest further inland. Edinburgh is 60 mins away and Berwick-upon-tweed is 10 mins down the road.

The caravan has a comfortable lounge with 3 piece suite, coffee table, fireplace, DVD player and 43" smart TV with Freeview. Patio doors lead to the spacious decking area with patio furniture. The fully fitted and equipped kitchen has a 5 burner hob, double oven, island /breakfast bar and a dining table and chairs. The roomy 2nd bedroom has full size single beds, wardrobe and drawers. The master has a king size bed, lots of cupboard and drawer space and an en-suite shower room. There is a further 2nd shower room off the hallway.

The holiday park has play areas, an indoor arcade, a sports bar and clubhouse with restaurant and entertainment. Eyemouth village is only a short walk (or an even shorter drive) away.

There is an adventure playground, a football/basketball court and junior playground adjacent to the clubhouse. The club serves food all day and you can enjoy live acts. No entertainment pass is needed unless you want to play bingo. The charge is £4 per stay if you need your bingo fix!

Absolutely beautiful caravan with stunning views. The nicest caravan we have ever stayed in and the location is great. The welcome pack was a lovely and gratefully received surprise. The caravan is spotless and so well cared for. Beds are very comfortable with good quality bedding, very comfortable sofas/seating in the living room, and both showers are excellent. We sat at night and just looked out over to St Abbs, and being early risers, we were watching the boats coming into and out of the harbour with our morning cuppa. Honestly one of the nicest caravans we have stayed in. The place was spotless and has everything you could need! The view was unbelievable and our 2 young kids (5/6) loved the site, everything is within walking distance. We’ve stayed in some of the larger sites and they can be too busy and full on over the kids holidays - but this was perfect. We are already looking to book again. The host were so lovely and helpful, thanks for everything! Highlights for the caravan were: 1. The view 2. Comfiest beds 3. Cosy blankets 4. Modern spacious kitchen with everything you need 5. DVDs and toys for kids 6. Welcome loaf and biscuits ??

We had a fantastic wee break in this lovely caravan. My 9 year old son said it’s the best caravan he’s ever seen. It was spacious, warm and cosy. Great spot looking out to sea and very near the entrance to the coastal path. We enjoyed walking into town for ice cream and to see the seals. The park itself is good with two decent playparks and a lively entertainment centre. Food on site is nice but quite pricey. We ate at a restaurant called the Ship in the town that was lovely and also cooked in the caravan as it has everything you need. Thanks for a great stay, we hope to visit again!
