**Either myself or my partner will compete the handover, and we will be able to answer any questions and provide any support for your holiday. We will also be around for checkout, to make sure that your stay was as good as possible. We are new to this, so any feedback would be brilliant**
Our pet dog has stayed at the caravan in the past, so please be aware if you have any allergies.
Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the caravan.
There is a £50 fully refundable deposit. (Which will be refunded after your departure, so long as the caravan passes inspection no breakages and left fully clean and tidy)
Please note: We are unable to accommodate STAG/HEN DO's due this site being a family site

The caravan - 'The Lemon Tree':
Named after our daughter, the 2 bedroom, 6 berth caravan is a brilliant getaway location for couples or small families. Fitted with double glazing and central heating, this caravan can be enjoyed at any time of the year.
Living area - L seat sofa, Dining table, Flat screen TV, Gas fire, fold out double sofa bed.
Kitchen - gas hob, oven, fridge, freezer, toaster, air fryer, kettle, toastie maker, Cutlery and Utensils, Pots and Pans, chopping boards, slow cooker, mop, brush, vacuum cleaner, coat rack
Bedroom 1 - Double bed, dressing area, lots of storage, coat rack
Bedroom 2 - Can be set up as either a twin room or a room with a single bed and a travel cot (please let me know after you book), storage, coat rack.
Bathroom - shower, toilet and sink, as well as heated towel rack.
Outside - storage box outside with 2 camping chairs, a toddler's chair, a toddler's slide and a fold up pram.
Parking is avaliable right outside the caravan for 2 vehicles.
The caravan is also fitted with carbon dioxide monitors, fire alarm and fire extinguisher.

Lyons Robin Hood is on the coastal road and is a 5 minute walk to the beach and golf course. The bus stop outside the site will take you to Rhyl, Prestatyn, Towyn, Llandudno plus other local towns
