Privately owned 6 berth, 2 bedroom AbiAlderley Static Caravan.

It is based on Skegness Holiday Park (Formerly Richmond) site which is a great, family friendly site. This caravan is a lovely, homely, clean and well maintained caravan with all the mod cons. The caravan has: Living/Dining Area, double patio doors opening out to a big size front deck and side decking with a flat screen television with built in Freeview and DVD Player, a kitchen area including a full size gas oven and hob, microwave, kettle & toaster and a fridge with small freezer space.

The caravan Is complete with cookware, cutlery and crockery. The master bedroom has a full size King Size bed, a three door wardrobe and a mirror with an area to get ready and separate toilet. The second bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe and a side table. There is a shower room with a sink and a separate toilet and sink.

The caravan is fitted with a smoke and carbon monoxide alarm. The caravan also has an alarm system linked to the site security office, giving you peace of mind when out and about. This caravan is situated in a great area, close to the shop and clubhouse, near a small car park, next to a spacious grassed area and off road parking.

Had a great stay here, nanna grandad mum dad & 2 boys. Lovely clean caravan with everything you would need, excellent facilities on this park with the indoor pool, clubhouse laundrette shop and a small arcade. Had fabulous weather apart from 1 day when we went to the indoor pool. Excellent communication with the owners, very happy, the kids had a great time would definitely stay again so thank you.

Owner's booking terms

A £75 refundable Damage Bond per week booked, must be paid to secure your booking. Please note that agreeing to pay the deposit is also agreeing to the terms and conditions. Any breakages and damage including not leaving the caravan to the standard when arrived will be taken from the deposit. The van will be checked on arrival and departure. Deposits will be returned within 7 days of departure. NOTE: Check-in is from 3pm and please depart by 10am.

Availability for 7 or 14 nights. A £50 Per week deposit must be paid to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. If not received on time we have the right to re-let. No smoking is permitted inside the caravan. We do not accept Pets. We do not offer the caravan to let to same sex parties or mixed groups under 25 years of age as this is a family complex (Site Policy).
