Our 2021 Swift Biarritz modern and airy 6 berth caravan is situated in Monks View Ladram Bay. Ideally suited for 4 people with 2 bedrooms, with one King size bed with ensuite facilities in one bedroom and twin singles in the other. A pull out double bed is also available in the lounge if required.

The Caravan is in a quiet spot and is a short walk from the beach and all amenities. With sea views to the south from the decking and views of the open countryside to the west it is the ideal base for walking enthusiasts with miles of coastal walks to either side to Budleigh Salterton, Sidmouth or beyond. The caravan comes with fully gated decking to side and rear for Sun lovers and outside furniture for dining or relaxing. An additional table and chairs are located on the patio.

The open plan living area features a substantial TV with integrated Apps should they be needed. WiFi is limited but EE provides the strongest and most stable signal.

The caravan also benefits from Gas Central Heating and Double Glazing. All rooms have ample fitted wardrobes and drawers for storage. There is a fully equipped kitchen with full size gas oven, grill and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and a full set of the necessary kitchen utensils.

All beds are set up with duvets and pillows, mattress protectors and pillow protectors. Guests need to supply their own duvet covers, pillow covers and sheets and remember to bring towels.

The rental includes all gas, electricity

We offer a 3 night minimum throughout the letting period. The booking does not included pool passes which will need to be purchased from reception.

The caravan is strictly no smoking, no single sex groups and no pets.

Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of a £100 non-refundable deposit.

The balance and a refundable £100 key loss and breakages deposit will be required 4 weeks before your stay begins.

Any holidays booked within 4 weeks of arrival will require payment in full at the time of booking.

Prior to your arrival you will receive an email with information relating to collecting your key from the electronic lock box located outside the property.

Travel cots and high chairs are not provided but are available from reception for a small charge.

Parking is available beside the caravan for one car. A parking and site access permit is available inside the caravan for you to use for the duration of your stay and is located on the mantelpiece. Can you please ensure it is left in the same place as you leave please.

EV charging is available in the main car park. No charging is permitted from the caravan.

Payment is made directly to the owner by bank transfer or via the available booking system.

Check in is from 3:00pm with check out at 10:00am.

Later checkout may be available for a small charge depending on new arrival times.
