Our family-owned caravan is situated in a quiet Cul De Sac at the bottom of Pine Ridge, on Primrose Valley Holiday Park, near Filey in North Yorkshire.

The caravan has decking with outdoor table and chairs for the warmer months.

The caravan is just a 2-minute walk away from the Main Reception, with onsite facilities that include: The Mash & Barrel Pub, Nisa Mini-Market, Live Lounge and Show Bar, Splash pool, Cooks Fish and Chips, Burger King, Papa Johns, Millie’s Cookies and amusements arcade, we are also a 5 min walk away to the beach access to Filey Bay. At the other end of the park is the Lakehouse restaurant, Lakehouse pool with an outdoor pool, fair ground, boating lake, aerial adventure and mini adventure, Go-Karting, Segway and bike hire, archery, fencing, fishing lake, cinema area, outdoor play areas and much more

Our caravan offers three bedrooms, one double and two twin rooms, there is also a double pull-out bed in the living area, making it suitable for up to 8 people, we also have a travel cot, all bedrooms have wall heaters. All Bed Linen Is Included.

The living area is spacious with plenty of seating, a large dining table, fire, tv with Sky Tv and Netflix, a DVD player and under the seating you will find a beach wind break and buckets and spades.

The kitchen has an oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, slow cooker, steamer, air fryer, pans, crockery, glasses, and utensils, we also have iron and ironing board, also we have a highchair, changing mat and water bottle sterilizer.

The shower room has a toilet, sink and shower, along with a mirror and shelving for storage.

There is also a second toilet with sink next to the bedrooms.

All gas and electricity are included in the rental price,

Please remember to bring your own towels and tea towels as these are not provided.

FunWorks Passes Are Not Included In The Rental Price, these can be purchased from the Main Reception or online once your stay is registered.

A key safe box is located outside the caravan where the caravan keys are stored. The code will be sent to you a few days before your arrival, you will also receive a Wi-Fi code as the caravan has its own Wi-Fi.

Please ensure that you leave the keys in the key safe box when you depart.

The Breakage Bond is there to help protect from malicious, mischievous or undue care damage and is standard practice with caravan hire.

The accommodation must be left clean and tidy upon departure. All that we would ask is that you treat our family holiday home with the same respect that we do.
