Our family owned van is a 2 bedroom 28/12’ Swift Loire static van. Sunnyside has all mod cons you need to enjoy a great holiday central for day trips to sites in North Cornwall and South Devon.

We have a double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom.

The main living area has a built in kitchen with gas cooker with extractor fan, oven and grill, microwave, fridge with small ice section, and well equipped for cooking and self-catering. There is a gas fire, and flat screen TV with port to connect to iPads for streaming. By the TV is the double sofa bed.

The decking has table and chairs and as it is south facing gets the sun all day, the birds in the hedge sing all day and are very relaxing. At night the sky is incredibly clear and stargazing is a must.

GCH and double glazing means it stays warm even if the weather isn't. The clubhouse feels more like a local pub with great food and drink and entertainment year round.

Chapmanswell has an excellent clubhouse, with a wide range of drinks and home cooked food. There is a pool table and children’s play area and regular entertainments throughout the year- please do have a look at their information to make your stay as fun as possible. There is a large dog exercise field on site.

Bude beach is 25 minutes drive and it is 10 minutes into the medieval town of Launceston with the castle and lots of independent shops. In case of rain, Exeter is 40 minutes away, and Plymouth or Truro are an hour away. Trethorne Leisure park is a great day out for kids, and is just 20 minutes away. Bodmin moor has beautiful walks and the famous Jamaica Inn.
