Description

Our holiday home is cosy, spacious and well equipped. The open plan kitchen area includes an integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Leading into the lounge there is a 40" smart TV with ample seating and double doors leading onto the veranda with outdoor seating. The master bedroom has a TV and is en-suite with a large wardrobe. Both twin rooms include a wardrobe and overhead storage.

The fantastic site has many activities including swimming pool, amusement arcade, play area, football court, crazy golf, build a bear, high ropes and much more.

£50 deposit is required to hold your holiday - non-refundable if cancelled within 8 weeks prior to holiday.
£100 refundable bond required along with deposit - Our caravan is checked after every vacation and as long as the caravan is how you found it and there has been no breakages then this bond is refunded back to you straight away. However, if damage has been caused the bond will not be returned. Any major damage over the bond amount must be paid for separately and within 4 weeks.

Sorry no stag/hen parties or same sex large groups (park policy) Entertainment passes are not included in the price of the holiday but may be purchased separately on site at the reception.
Towels are not provided.
Bedding can be provided-please state if bedding is needed when booking.
Arrival time is from 2pm and you must vacate by 10:30 on day of leaving.
Full payment must be made 6 weeks prior to your holiday.
No car charging is allowed from the caravan or bond will NOT be refunded.

Had a lovely last minute break in this caravan.Very clean and comfortable.. didn’t need to bring bedding and 2pm check in was great as lots on this site that we’ve stayed in are 4 pm.. excellent communication with owner and security bond was paid back on the day we arrived back from holiday.would definitely recommend x

We had the best family holiday here, the caravan was gorgeous, clean, very homely with everything we needed. The pitch was perfect, lovely and spacious around the back of the caravan and the decking was great especially since our little girl has autism so safety is so important. We were impressed with the shower pressure too, so crucial when you’re at the beach lots! The site itself was perfect for us, great entertainment, facilities all fab, the service was brilliant, food and drinks good. We walked down to the beach quite a bit, it’s not far just on a bit of a hill. There’s an excellent pub just off the site with an enclosed garden and kids play area, ideal for a change of scenery. There’s a bus stop right outside the site too taking you into Scarborough etc, we visited loads of lovely places, there’s so much around. We had no problems booking the pool on-site, our little girl loved it. We’ll definitely be back! Sarah was great at communicating throughout too! Thanks for a holiday we will always cherish ????????
