Description:
- On entry there is an area to hang coats and store shoes.
- The living area is open planned and well-proportioned with plenty of comfortable seating, a Smart TV with Amazon Prime, Netflix and BBC iPlayer etc. (You will need to use your own accounts for these.) - 4G/5G Wi-Fi is available (subject to O2 reasonable use policy).
- The fully fitted kitchen area has a full-sized gas cooker, dishwasher, fridge & freezer, microwave, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster and is well equipped for cooking. There is a free-standing dining table and seating for six.
- The master bedroom has a king size bed, dressing area, two wardrobes, dressing table unit, digital tv which also plays DVDs, en-suite bathroom with bath and shower which is also accessible from the hallway.
- The second bedroom has twin beds, which can be put together to make a double bed if required, a wardrobe with shelving, a dressing table unit and an en-suite shower room which is also accessible from the hallway.
- The third bedroom has twin beds, which again can be put together to make a double bed if required, a wardrobe with shelving and dressing table unit.
- Bed linen and towels are provided, beds will be made up ready for your arrival. Please bring your own beach towels.
- From the lounge area French Doors open onto a decked area with seating. We also have a BBQ and garden seating area. The garden is fenced with a pedestrian gate onto the parking area which has space for three cars.
- The property has full sun at the front on the decking during the day then it moves round to the garden seating area in the evening.

There are many attractions in the local area including beaches at Weybourne, Sheringham, Holkham and Cromer. Blakeney Point, Cley and Salthouse Marshes (Norfolk Wildlife Trust) National Trust Felbrigg Hall, Blickling Hall, Sheringham Park plus Holt, Pensthorpe Wildlife Park, Holkham Hall and the beautiful Norfolk Broads are a short drive away. There are pubs and restaurants offering superb local cuisine. The Kelling Heath Park North Norfolk Railway Station will get you to Holt or Sheringham on the Steam Train. A little further afield is the historic city of Norwich.
