Wonderful sea views from lounge and decking across to swanage bay and IOW weather permitting! and views over the Purbeck hills toward Corfe Castle, with glorious sunset views from decking. Decking has BBQ, table and chairs and comfortable seating and umbrella. The main bedroom has separate loo and sink with a king size bed. The second room has 2 single beds, lounge makes up to small double. All rooms have TV’s separate dining room with 4 chairs there are stools to make extra seats or high chairs and cots can be rented on site.
During school term time min of 6 days booking taken only. Absolutely NO SMOKING within the caravan. Maximum of 2 small dogs permitted on request, any dogs must be treated for fleas before stay. There are cover for settee if dogs jump on furniture. Nice warm pool on site payable separately and gym. There’s a minimum of 3 night’s booking at any time and 6 during school holidays due to high costs of cleaning which is done thoroughly between each booking.

Description

Welcome to my lovely caravan!
Main bedroom has king size bed with en suite loo, plenty of storage.
Large family bathroom with second loo.
second bedroom has 2 single beds with wardrobe.
Lounge with stunning views of swanage bay and Isle of Wight (weather permitting ) which is separated from dining room and has comfortable sofa that converts to small double bed with extra comfy mattress. There’s 2 single comfortable chair’s In lounge also.
Separate dining area with fully equipped kitchen, table with 5 chairs.
Linen for beds and bath towels are not supplied. We do supply kitchen towels and all washing up supplies. Pillows and duvets supplied for all beds in choice of togs.
All bedrooms have TVs and very large tv in lounge with DVD player and free sat box, no internet in caravan but available in clubhouse.
Decking area has views of swanage bay and over the magnificent Purbeck hills, you can also see Corfe Castle in the distance. Decking area has table with 4 chairs plus each seat with pad for comfortable seating plus coffee table. Umbrella for shade if needed. Small BBQ for use with disposable trays.
Strictly no smoking. Maximum 2 small clean dogs allowed on requests, dogs must be flea treated prior to stay, covers are provided for seats if dogs go on them in lounge. £10 per dog per booking for extra cleaning.
Security bond required of £200., this is refunded as soon as checks done end of stay. In school holiday periods I can only take absolute minimum of 6 days due to high cleaning costs. Request for weekends out of school holidays considered upon request min 2 nights. Parking for 1 car allowed only on the opposite side to entrance door, to van, other cars must stay in car park entrance to park. Once again this is a strictly no smoking caravan.

Lovely Caravan. spacious modern clean and well equipped Cindy is very friendly and communication was easy with fast replies. tvs with aerials in lounge and both bedrooms which was convenient, Nice shower. Nice little decking area. no wifi in caravan but very good mobile data signal which was a bonus! swanage town and beach very close by within walking distance. off licence 10 minute walk. Nice park for the kids 20 minute walk lots of places to visit in surrounding area would definitely book again. thanx Cindy x

The caravan facilities were excellent. The caravan was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The views are outstanding and the access to the Jurassic coastal paths is brilliant.
