3) All deposits are non refundable in the event of cancelation.
4) If the booking deposit isn't received within 3 days of enquiry it will be assumed the provisional booking is no longer required.
5) The balance is required 28 days prior to arrival if the balance is NOT paid in time we have the right to hire the caravan to someone else. If your hire date is less than 4weeks we do require full payment within 3 days of the booking unless discussed with ourselves at the time of booking.
6) All breakages, damage, stains must be reported to use and a charge will be deducted from the £100.00 refundable damage deposit.
It is your responsibility on the day of checking in to notify us of any damage or missing items if you don't report this on arrival it will result in you the hirer been responsible.
7) Disposable BBQs are allowed on site but not on the steps or directly on the grass they must be placed on bricks and disposed of correctly at the end of use.
8) In the event of cancelation the hire must confirm in writing (Booking fees are non refundable in the event of cancellation) In the event of park closure we will rebook your holiday at a date of your choosing where available.
9) No refund will be made due to the hirer whose hiring has commenced and who vacates the caravan for any reason including emergencies.
10) Our caravan is subject to a sublet licence and our insurance we strictly permit a maximum number of 6 people in the van. Anyone found breaking this rule will be removed from the site and only named people on the booking form will be allowed to return. Due to the sight been a family park we don't allow same sex parties or youth groups. The main lead name on the booking form should be 25 or over unless they have children. Any breach of the condition and we allow the sight to remove you for the accommodation. No responsibility will be taken by us the owners if this happens. Please note this is a family site and no loud music to be played late at night.
11) We are private owners/ organise our own rentals. Passes are included within your stay.
12) Only the persons named on the booking form may stay in the caravan.
13) All changes to the booking must be made in writing and will be at our discretion.
14) The hirer is responsible for the conduct of all persons listed on the booking form.
15) The hirer must give staff access to the caravan if requested.
16)You can have access to the caravan from 14.00 on check in day till 11.00 on day of check out if you require earlier or later access please contact us and we will try and accommodate this for you.
17) Smoking or vaping is not permitted in the caravan or on the steps.
18) The caravan must be left in a clean and tidy condition as it was found on arrival, bedding must be stripped and placed in the bath room along with towels that have been used.
All bins to be emptied and taken to the bins on site. Please leave the van as you expect to find it.
19) No inside furniture to be taken outside.
20) Please wipe your shoes on entering the caravan, if mud does get on the carpet please vacuum the vacuum is in the boiler cupboard.
21) Can you please keep slime and playdough off the carpets more than welcome on the outside table though.
22)No candles or naked flames to be used.
23) You must show consideration to your neighbours and other guests. Please refrain from using loud music and parties after 22.00, Beverley Park does reserve the right to remove you from the accommodation and request you leave the park.
24) You agree to not commit any criminal offence at the park or take put in criminal activity, commit vandalism,. keep or carry a firearm or other weapon, use unlawful drugs, create undue noise or disturbance, carry out any trade or business while on the park.
