Description

Beautiful 2 bedroom caravan with main bedroom en -suite and separate family shower room. 2019 build with minimal use and immaculate condition. Lounge area furniture comprises 2 free standing sofas (1 of which is an additional double bed) and lounge overlooks the bay of St Andrews with unrestricted views through the double doors and glazed decking balustrade. Spacious master bedroom has ample storage, separate TV with DVD player and private en suite bathroom.

Central heating and double glazing throughout, with a 5 ring gas hob and dishwasher in the fully equipped kitchen area. In built large fridge and freezer with microwave, kettle and toaster. Second bedroom has 2 single beds with own wardrobe. At least 2 external private parking spaces and ample space around for additional vehicles if required. All towels and bedding are high quality and provided with the rental.
Decking area to front overlooking St Andrews bay, East Sands and views to town centre. Large decking has ample seating and gets the sun throughout the day and evening allowing space to relax and enjoy the views.

This caravan must have one of the best views in St Andrews simply stunning. The owners have thought of everything from top of the range bedding and quality furnishings. As a couple we enjoy walking and found the proximity of the caravan to the costal walk brilliant, it was a pleasant walk into town for coffee, a truly relaxing few days. Tom & Val. .

Have just returned from a mid week break and loved the whole experience. We have rented many caravans and holiday homes over the years but this experience was by far the most memorable for all the right reasons. The special touches along with the added luxury of quality bedding and furnishings made this a very comfortable and special place to stay. The location and views from both the lounge and the outside decking are a joy to relax in with the added bonus of the comfortable seating and sun loungers. Communication with owner was only a text away and excellent throughout. There is no doubt we will return and would highly recommend.

Stayed a week here with two young children. Having stayed in my caravans over the years at the site, I can say that the caravan interior finishes and the location for views are the best at the park. Communication was smooth throughout for the booking process and during the holiday any queries were answered immediately. There was also a welcome gift on arrival! Brilliant.

We have just returned from a fantastic stay in this lovely caravan. It is exactly as described, the views from the decking are wonderful and it’s an easy walk into St Andrews. Excellent communication with the owner. I am sure you will not be disappointed if you book this caravan. We hope to return in future.

We had a wonderful holiday in this caravan. The view is stunning and the caravan was spotless and stylishly decorated and I would not hesitate to recommend this caravan as your holiday destination if you are visiting St Andrews. Correspondence with caravan owner was all through e-mail and was first class. Site was very clean with restaurant and bar and you are only a few minutes walk from a beautiful beach.

WOW! Stunning view and fantastic caravan! Everything was perfect! The decking area with furniture was lovely to sit out and enjoy the views. Situated close to the restaurant and park and just a short walk to the beach. The bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious. Communication with the owner was brilliant (via email and telephone). We had a great holiday in this caravan and can't wait to go back!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this fabulous caravan. The view from the caravan is simply stunning! The caravan was very clean and excellently resourced . Beautiful decor throughout . Site is within walking distance of St Andrews town . The owners were very helpful and kept in touch by email . I would highly recommend this caravan . We will definitely be back . Thank you
