Our 40x12 Swift Bordeaux exclusive caravan is a 3 bedroom, 8 Berth model with WIFI, double glazing and central heating. It is situated on primrose field, which is a well sought after area on primrose Valley Holiday Park.

The caravan has a large amount of room around it for the kids to play, as well as its own decking area to the front(accessible via the double doors) with overhead led lighting, rattan table and chairs. Also a large gated decking area to the side with inset led lighting. Our caravan also offers a parking area at the front.

5-10 min walk to the beach, a 2 minute walk to the main complex which includes an arcade, 2 showbars with nightly entertainment, 5 minute walk to the recently refurbished lake house bar and restaurant, funfair, outdoor pool and boating lake.
There is plenty to for the adults and kids including gokarts, pedalos and family adventure swimming and so much more... Also on the park there is a burger king, fish and chips, papa johns pizzas, mini market, millies cookies, outside cinema screen, funfair.

In the lounge there is a 40" flat screen TV with Netflix and freeview tv, DVD player, gas fire and a 3 seat and 2 seat free standing sofa, one of which converts to a double bed.

The kitchen has a microwave, gas cooker with hob, oven and grill, integrated fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and full set of cooking utensils.

There is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and vanity area with double wardrobe, two twin bedrooms, all with adequate storage. Duvets, pillows and bedding are provided for all beds, all bedrooms also have wall mounted tvs.

There is a shower room with a large shower cubicle, wash basin, toilet, bathroom shelves and mirror.

Funworks passes are not included in the rental price.. Beds will be made up on arrival...Strictly No pets and no smoking or vaping.. A £100 refundable deposit will be required to cover for any damages and outstanding balance to be paid 4 weeks before your holiday date... Message me with dates you require.
