Caravan has 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom and 1 bunkbed bedroom and a double pull out bed in the living room.

Lounge has plenty of seating for all the family and wrap around seating area in the dinning area. also has full size smart tv, CD player, wii games console and free WiFi.

KITCHEN is open plan with everything you need for your holiday microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, steriliser unit for bottles, full size grill and oven.

TWIN BEDROOM 2 single beds with cupboard in-between beds with panel radiator and plug socket and wardrobe and cupboard above bed.

BUNKBEDS 2 single bunkbeds with safety rails and ladder. Cupboard underneath the bunkbed alongside a wardrobe.

MASTER BEDROOM double bed with bedside tables and full length wardrobe with panel radiator and plug sockets. Safety in the caravan and is fitted with smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detector ,fie extinguisher and blanket. There is no smoking in the caravan and we are pet friendly and allowed on the caravan side.

Breaks run from Saturday to Saturday and Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday. Duvets and pillows are supplied with pillow and mattress protectors on.

BED LINEN is not supplied and is required extra charge. Beds made up would be for single bed £18 each double bed £23 each. In the shed outside houses freezer, washing machine, kids scooters, sun loungers, bucket and spades. Any breakages or damages must be reported to me at the time. Accidents can happen so it's the odd cup, plate, bowl etc no panic but let me know so I can replace. If anything stops working please ring me as soon as it happens so I can get it sorted
