About the owner

Tina and I live in Sible Hedingham near HALSTEAD with 3 dogs and have 6 children and 11 grandchildren. We are approachable and happy to cater for any reasonable requests to make the stay in our holiday home as comfortable as possible. Our aim is to ensure that everyone’s stay in our home is one of their best lifetime experiences, full of fun and lasting memories.

Description

This 3 bedroomed well equipped and comfortable holiday home has the customer at the forefront of it’s priorities. Located at Coopers Beach Holiday Park, East Mersea Island, near Colchester in Essex, it offers the best of both independent deluxe holiday accommodation and Holiday Park facilities and entertainment. The combination is designed to make your family holiday special and affordable.

It’s location on the park is only a couple of hundred meters from the beach and the unique position next to our 2 bedroom holiday home offering further accommodation for those larger family holidays. (See listing 10534 for details of the 2 bedroom accommodation).

The accommodation itself comprises of 2 double bedrooms and a bunk room, shower room, fully equipped kitchen dinner and lounge. Outside there is a spacious wrap around veranda with a gas fuelled BBQ, seating for 17 comprising of a circular wooden table with 8 chairs, rattan suite for 5 people and an additional table with 4 chairs.

There is a laundry facility available on request that will attract an additional fee, on short stays, to cover the additional electricity. For bookings of 7 days or longer, use of the laundry facility is free of charge.

Why accept basic holiday accommodation when your holiday home can offer a little luxury and have everything you need without having to compromise on comfort and spend hours packing, because everything is available in this accommodation.

The Holiday Park offers nightly entertainment from March to November only. Restaurant, 2 swimming pools, arcade and children’s entertainment throughout the day. A park pass will be required and can be purchased at the reception desk.

There has an adventure park, tennis courts and ball games court.

Very nice caravan and very helpful owners ????it’s a quiet area but there’s a variety of places/things to do

This well equipped and spacious 3 bedroom Holiday home has been specifically set up to accommodate families. Bookings should be a minimum of 2 nights with at least 48 hours notice. £50, non refundable deposit secures a booking if more than 6 weeks notice is given with the balance payable 6 weeks ahead of the booking dates.
