Lounge - There is a large amount of wrap around seating in the lounge and tv. Full central heating.

Kitchen - Fridge freezer, microwave, 4 ring hob, cooker and extractor fan. All utensils are provided including all pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.

Dining Area - Freestanding table with fixed seating and extra stools.

Bedrooms - The main bedroom has a double bed. The other bedrooms have 2 x twin beds which can be pushed together to create a double bed. Sleeps up to 6.

The caravan comes with duvets and pillows for the beds but you must bring your own bottom sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases unless the linen option is purchased.

Please also bring with you tea towels, washing up liquid, sponges and toilet paper etc.

Bathroom - Fully fitted shower, toilet and wash basin. There is also a separate toilet and wash basin.

Situation - The caravan is situated on Chickerell View with partial sea views.

The keys for the caravan are in a key safe located at the caravan and you will be issued with the key code prior to your holiday so no queuing at reception. Check in is 3pm and check out time is 10am on the day of departure.

Sorry no pets and no smoking in the caravan.

THE PRICES FOR THE BREAKS IS ACCOMMODATION ONLY AND DOESNT INCLUDE HAVEN SITE PASSES.

Owner's booking terms

£100 holding deposit is required to book the holiday with the remaining amount due to be paid within 8 weeks of the holiday start date. We also require at the final payment a £100 damage bond which is fully refundable upon inspection of the caravan after the holiday as long as there is no damage/loss and the caravan is left in a clean state and doesn't smell of smoke.

Holidays booked less than 8 weeks in advance will require full payment at time of booking. Payment is by bacs.

In line with site policy we are unable to accept groups of the same sex or parties under the age of 25.
