Our lovely modern 3 bedroom (8 Berth) static caravan located at Butlins Minehead is available to rent.

1 x Double with en-suite toilet
2 x twin plus a pull out sofa in lounge.

There is a shared shower room with toilet

Spacious modern kitchen with all the utensils
Large sitting area with smart tv, DVD with a selection of movies.

There is a highchair available, travel cot and a baby bath that can be placed in the shower to bathe your baby.
There is Gas centreal heating and the caravan is double glazed.
Attached to the side of the caravan is a lovely decking area with furniture.
There is one parking space allocated right next to the plot so you don't have to walk far with your luggage.

The caravan is situated within the Butlins resort and is a short walk to the main entertainment area. Just outside the resort is a long sandy beach and a lovely walk into Minehead.

You are also able to get a bus from directly outside the resort that will take you to Dunster or if you fancy going further afield into Porlock, Lynmouth and Lynton and other Exmoor coastal destinations.

You will be required to fetch your own linen and towels.

There will be a £100 deposit required on booking and a £100 bond to be paid with the full amount, the bond will be refunded 3 days after checkout.

No pets allowed and no smoking.
