Lovely double glazed and heated caravan for hire in a quiet position on Hoburne Devon Bay Holiday Park, yet still close to the park's facilities.

The caravan has two bedrooms (one double, one twin) plus a pull-out double in the lounge, so it will comfortably sleep six guests. Both bedrooms have ample wardrobe and storage space. Bed linen is provided.

The kitchen is well equipped and includes a hob, toaster, kettle, microwave and fridge/freezer. There is also tea and coffee provided for your arrival.

The lounge has a large seating area and beautiful fireplace for those cooler evenings. A flat screen TV with a DVD player is provided. There is also a separate area for dining.

The bathroom has a spacious shower cubicle, heated towel rail and shelving for towels and toiletries.

Our caravan has heating throughout, a hoover and an iron and ironing board.

Guest passes will be left for you in the caravan upon arrival, alongside a welcome gift to start your holiday off with a smile.

Outside the caravan is a large green area to sit and enjoy the sun or to have a BBQ with your family and friends.

The benefit of this caravan is you have lots of outside space and you are not over-looked.

Location

The facilities at Hoburne Devon Bay Holiday Park include an indoor swimming pool with a flume side and Jacuzzi; a fitness suite, steam room and sauna which is part of the leisure complex for those wishing to keep fit and then relax afterwards; a huge heated outdoor pool which is next to a children's park; plus adventure golf to keep you busy.

Other park activities include a multi-use games area, soft play and an amusement arcade.

Relax and enjoy any meal at the Brasserie 1912, a drink at the bar or a coffee and cake at the café. There is also the option of a takeaway if you wish to eat at the caravan.

There is entertainment for everyone, including bingo, game shows, in-house productions including live acts, party bands and one-off special events. The children's entertainment is fantastic and will keep the kids busy throughout your stay.

There is a shop on site too, which is located 2 minutes from the caravan for your convenience. The launderette is also only 2 minutes away if required.

The park has so much to offer and your passes will be included in our rental price.

The local beach, Goodrington Sands, is only a short 15 minute walk from the Park and the fantastic Paignton Zoo is only 2 miles away.

Excellent site and caravan, plenty of room in bedroom for travel cot, bathroom big enough to fight and wash kids and the caravan is clean and spacious. Would definitely stay again.

The caravan was perfect so much room very clean and in a great location on the park. The owners communication was fantastic too. The holiday park is amazing we all loved it there was nothing to fault. We have already enquired with the owner next year we loved it that much.

Never thought we'd enjoy a caravan holiday in this country as much as a holiday abroad.....but we did! We absolutely loved our holiday, the caravan was perfect, spotlessly clean, plenty of space for the family and even a welcome gift when we arrived, which was a nice touch. The site itself couldnt have been any better with everything a family needed and perfectly located. The owner was really helpful and booking was so easy. We will definitely be back. Thankyou!

It is a testament to the fact that you can have a beautiful holiday from home in a beautiful location. The caravan was a perfect size, spacious, great facilities, and a really comfortable bed. On arrival tea and coffee, and not to forget the cheeky bottle of wine (to kick start my peaceful holiday) I will be coming back, and I will definitely recommend to others. Fantastic host. Incredibly clean. Overall 10/10 thank you.
