Description

The caravan has been furnished to a very high standard with a large open planned living room, dining area and kitchen. There is a 50" Freeview TV in lounge and free WIFI.

The main bedroom has a king size bed with en-suite toilet.

The second bedroom has two single beds and there is an additional sofa bed in the lounge area.

Travel cot, highchair and toddler bed guard also available.

The kitchen is fully equipped and fitted with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob and microwave.

Finishing touches include central heating in all rooms and double glazing so it can be used in all seasons.

There is a secure bike rack for 6 bikes, there are 2 adult mountain bikes available for hire - please enquire for details.

We are close to Pevensey Bay village where there is a convenience store, bakery, fish and chip shop and lovely pubs. It is also near the Crumbles at Eastbourne, where there are numerous different restaurants and bars also Asda, Next, Boots etc.

Great days out nearby are Brighton, Hastings, Eastbourne, Drucillas Zoo, Beachy Head and the famous Battle (1066 Battle of Hastings).

Beautiful & Clean Home for us and our little boy & dog. We stayed this weekend and had such a fantastic weekend. The caravan was not only spotless, bright and clean but it had everything we needed for our little boy making packing 10,000 times easier. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay relaxing - even child locks on the cupboard doors which is super handy with a toddler who’s into everything. We didn’t need anything during our stay but Sue & Mark are so welcoming & helpful and even offer babysitting services too if you’d like a few hours peace from your little ones! A huge plus point. Thank you again! We will be back x

A beautifully presented caravan - absolutely spotless. Furnished and detailed to a very high standard and the envy of other members of my family who were staying in other vans on this lovely site. Comfortable made up beds on arrival, excellent large flat screen tv and fast wi-fi. Couldn’t fault it in any way. Oh and a very generous welcome pack !

We stayed for 3 nights and the accommodation and facilities were amazing. The club was really good for all ages, food and drinks was reasonably priced. Our hosts even left a beautiful welcome pack on our arrival. We have already booked for next year and will be taking the grandchildren this time. Excellent customer experience made easier by the owners.

Our first family holiday with our two autistic sons. It was amazing, the caravan was so spacious and really felt like home from home. I’ve done caravan holidays before and have always been disappointed with the cleanliness of the caravans and have usually had to complain however this was SPOTLESS and everything was clean. Sue & Mark have really thought of everything, child safety catches on cupboards, Disney plus, the gate lock. We had the best time, and have already booked two more holidays here for next year! Thank you so much :)

Fantastic short break. Caravan was spotlessly clean & had absolutely everything you might need. The host was amazing & really helped us out with an early check in & late departure. We were very pleasantly surprised to find a wonderful welcome hamper upon our arrival. It was really appreciated, especially the wine! I would definitely recommend this caravan to either families or couples. Lovely quiet site right on the beach. Thank you so much Sue, we would love to come back soon.

Booked this caravan for a last minute long weekend away and everything about the booking process was easy and helpful from the owner. Arrived to a very clean caravan with a very nice welcome basket. The beds were made up with fresh lovely duvet covers and towels. Everything you needed was there and all seemed brand new and unused. Would definitely book again.
