A newly refurbished modern 2 bedroom static caravan on a small park.

The caravan is an ABI Brisbane 35' x 12' and sleeps up to 4 guests. The living area has equipped with modern sofas, decoration and wooden effect flooring. The two bedrooms comprise of a king size double bed in the master bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom.

There is a fully fitted spacious kitchen and dining area. The bathroom comprises of a walk in shower, hand basin and toilet. The caravan is equipped with gas central heating and double glazing. All bedding, towels and tea towels are provided.

Lyons Kinsgsley Holiday Park is situated beach side and is a short walk to the promenade where you will find beach cafés, an amusement arcade, crazy golf and bingo. There is a cycle path along the coast and excellent public walkways. A range of shops, supermarkets and takeaways are located on the main street just outside the site.
