Refundable damage bond is £75
Please note that passes are NOT included in the above price and can be purchased from Reception if you wish to use the facilities on the park, these are subject to availability and we are unable to guarantee that they will be available. Check in is from 4pm and check out at the end of your stay is by 10am. Bedding is included, but towels are not.
The full price of your stay and the damage bond needs to be paid no less than 6 weeks before your holiday date. If your stay is more than 6 weeks away at the time of booking you can pay a deposit of £75 to secure the dates, this payment will become your damage bond once your stay has been paid for. If payment in full for your stay is not received 6 weeks before then your deposit is NOT refundable. Cancellations once the full balance has been paid are not possible and the total cost of your holiday (not including the damage bond) remains payable. Following your stay, once the caravan has been checked and if there is no damage or items missing your damage deposit will be returned to you via bank transfer within 48 hours via Faster Payments. If any damage is identified we will contact you to discuss.
Please note that in sending a payment you agree and accept the following terms:
•You are not booking for a same sex groups of adults (as security are very likely to ask you to leave site anyway).
•Maximum number of guests is 6 and will only be those you will inform us of (see below).
•No loud noise/music after 11pm (as it is a family resort, and again security could be informed).
•The caravan will be left in a reasonable and tidy condition on departure, pots/dishes cleaned, all rubbish/belongings removed.
•No pets will be brought with you or allowed into the caravan.
•The caravan will not be smoked in (but you are welcome to smoke outside).
•We advise that you arrange travel insurance for your booking that will cover the total cost of your holiday should you need to cancel once full payment has been made.

The home address of the person making the booking
A mobile telephone number for the person making the booking
Car registration number if arriving by car
Bank account details for the return of the damage bond following your stay
We are unable to register your arrival with Haven without these details.
We acknowledge all payments by email and provide details about obtaining the keys once full payment is received. Should any guest details change you must inform us before arrival.
