Willerby Rio is a spacious caravan with central heating and double glazing, sleeping up to 8 guests. The living area is open planned with a large L shape sofa (pulls down into a double bed) the cosy dinette area is positioned for meals, games and a large 43" SMART TV with amazon, Netflix etc. The kitchen has plenty of room with full use of kitchen amenities from a full size cooker, sink, microwave, fridge freezer and all crockery/ utensils included with lots of storage cupboards. The twin bedrooms consist of 2 beds, shelving and a wardrobe. The large double bedroom is very spacious, includes a double bed, double wardrobe and bedside tables. A large shower room with toilet and a separate toilet and wash room.

Situated on Ocean Edge, Heysham with close proximity to amenities (1 minute walk ) from the resort such as showbar entertainment, indoor heated pool, sauna, the boathouse bar and restaurant, children's indoor and outdoor play area, convenience store on site, launderette, amusement arcade, sports and leisure activities, take away and beer garden.

You are minutes away from the beach at Heysham and a few minutes drive into Morecambe Bay, not far from St Anne's, Blackpool, The Lakes and a boat trip to Isle of Man.

Bed linen and duvets are provided. Family board games, a PlayStation and games, DVDs and WiFi provided.
