Brand New for the 2023 season and pet friendly too, you will enjoy all the little extra touches to make your holiday experience even more special. From the fabulous & spacious south facing decking, whether its breakfast al-fresco style on the patio furniture or a glass of wine in the evening, you'll enjoy all day sunshine, Cornish weather permitting. The decking wraps all the way round the side and with ramp access.

With fully double glazed windows and central heating throughout, you are assured of always being warm and cosy regardless of the time of year.

Lounge: This spacious, open plan area has a contemporary feel about it, with two free-standing sofa's, one of which incorrporates a pull out double sofa -bed,. With free-standing coffee table, 40" wall mounted TV , DVD and integrated ceiling speaker systeem.

Kitchen/Dining Room: This stylish, well equipped kitchen contains everything you should need and comprises an integrated dishwasher, full sized oven with 4 burner hob & grill, Integrated full sized fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle & toaster. All cookware, utensils and crockery are also included.

Master Bedroom with En-Suite Shower and WC: A large bedroom with a super comfy 5ft king sized bed complete with duvet & pillows, ensures you have everything needed for a perfect nights sleep. You have bags of storage with fitted wardrobes and drawers as well as vanity table & stool, flat screen TV & hairdryer. Leading from the bedroom you have your very own en-suite including shower, wc & handbasin.

Twin Bedroom: This room has two single beds & again comes with duvets and pillows.

Family Bathroom: The bathroom contains a large shower, wc and wash-basin.

Outside: From the glorious decking, enjoy watching the world go by. Great access to the beach, just a minutes walk to sea views & parking next to the caravan.

Owner's booking terms

Acceptance of pets shall be at the owners discretion. A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your booking. The balance must be paid 4 weeks prior to your arrival date. If you book inside the 4 weeks, payment must be made in full at the time of booking. Payment can be made by Debit, Credit Card and an electronic receipt will be provided.

A £100 refundable deposit is also required when your payment is made in full, which is to cover any damage, breakages or loss during your stay. This will be refunded within one week of departure following successful inspection.

You may check-in from 3pm on the day of arrival and check-out on departure day is by 10am. ...Show less
